Well i was reiently arrested and beat. I was pulled over for pseeding and drinking, I know stupid i dont need to be flammed iv learnedmy lesson. i am currenty attending AA classes 3 times a week. Well ihave pictures of my beating im just wondering if i have a chance to take these bastards to court..
I don't want anyone else to get hurt like i did..
Opinions would be greatful.
Oh and Also i have hospital records, i went to the hospital When my gma bailed me out..

did you try to run from them? if so, you may not have a case. but if they just started beating on you while talking to you or without reason, then yeah i'd say those bruises may have a case.

They said i was resisting, i didnt run anywere. They also said i battered the cop myself. But if you noticed all the bruises are on the back side of my body meaning defensive bruses.
If i was fighting with the cop i think i would have bruises on the front side of my body.
Also, everything happen so fast. They used their batons obviously. And also their knees, fist, and mace.
Riverside police are known for beating people. Their dirty cops and are known to be worse then LA cops. The hospital i went to said theirs been a lot of this going around.. So im forwarding my pictures and information to some attornys here in california, asking for their opinion also. I hope in the end i get them.. because i didnt deserve this... I hurt, i can barly walk. It hurts to lay down, to even hold my neck up.

well you might have to take better pics so the judge would no the pics are of you and if they did it in front of the police cars then it is on tape from there car cams get them to review the video from the cams

it was in the dark, on the right side of the police car no were in view of the cam.

thats bullshit thats why i stay stear clear of those dumbass cops i hope you can do something about this you know what i would do if i were you go up to all the news stations say you got beat up by these punk ass cops with nothing better to do than beat everyone up within site and say yes i was drinking but i didnt resist or run and they just started beating me but cops do anything they want those assholes always think they are abbove everyone else but they put there shoes on one foot after another like us they are human they are not some different species but anyways its bullshit saty up man maybe you should get some mmj for the pain your gowing through i think you deserve it:thumbsup:

Were you resisting? Or were you so drunk you really don't remember? Because drunk folks, as you know, can be very belligerent, and depending on what your blood alcohol level was, you are going to have a very hard time proving that you were the victim and not the aggressor, especially if you don't have a clear memory of the event and if there are not videotapes of the altercation. Are there videotapes? If the officers stopped you with their cars, there likely are.
I'll give you a little link on defensive wounds here which includes bruising patterns. Those are typically on your forearms, hands and upper body, not your back. Being in a position where you sustained bruises on your back simply indicates the police had you positioned face down to try and subdue you, which is standard operating procedure for them. That they were trying to subdue you is how it will appear to any judge or jury who hears this case, too, although it's a huge stretch to think it'll ever see a courtroom, frankly.

As much as you may hate hearing this, any lawyer with sense is going to recognize a speeding/drunk driving case as an uphill battle in proving police brutality, no matter what the reputation of a particular police department is.
Are you getting some more concrete therapeutic help for yourself, BlazinIt, than just required, court-ordered AA attendance? You're really doing some self-destructive stuff right now if you're getting yourself arrested for DUI and getting into altercations with police officers like this. You're the one who's making those choices you're making, and as big a pain as it probably is to be told this, you're the only one who can change those choices and regain control of your life.
