I have heard about this and read articles and seen extensive detailed pictures on these procedures and the end image is not that good. It looks like a camel's toe that has been sewn shut. I do know that some tribes in africa actually stretch and elongate labia, as they think the longer ones are sexier. But even if you have some noodely ones, it's going to take a while to work up to the stretchin' victims I saw pictures of.
