bad experience 2 nights ago...

2 nights ago i got very high. i've never smoked so much in my life, and i've never seen my eyes redder. i kind of had a panic attack because i had never experienced it before, and thought it was laced with something.

now, to get to the point. its been about 2 1/2 days since this happened and i still feel a little funny. my memory is still fucked up, and i dont feel like myself before this happened.

has anyone else experienced something like this too? how long will it last? anything i can do to help it pass?

You'll be fine. There are tons of people who experience this. In fact, earlier today someone posted a thread just like yours. It's not unheard of, and you'll be fine. I'm kind of sick of everyone posting the same questions, when you could just look it up in another thread and find the answers. You won't permanently be high... in fact, you're not even high. You're just kind of burned out, and once again, you'll be fine. Everyone else here will agree with me, including the experts here. You have nothing to worry about.

Unless you're a male. Then you have something to worry about.

lol its burn out...the weed equivalent of a hangover only with out the severe headache, nausea, brain cell death and pretty much anything that will seriously affect you going about your life

its not just some feeling, everything is hazy and my memory blows. brain damage imo

wont let me edit my last post so i'm gonna add. i've also freaked out because i've read all these stories online about how people freak out while high and they stay the same way i feel for months and possibly years.

It's called being burnt out. It's is basically a weed hang over as mentioned before. I think it's partially do to a raise in your melatonin levels among other things. Lots of people get this. And about people staying like this forever, thats just propaganda for the most part.

Then your just on placebo effect. 3 days is about the max for a burnt hangover. In not much longer you will be feeling fine.

are there any vitamins i could pick up and take that might shorten it? i know someone mentioned melatonin earlier, and i think you can buy pills for that at the store

You're making to much of absolutely nothing, you also said in your opinion you may have brain damage? errr lol.

Men just let it ride out. Watch tv or something and in a while it will go away. You have to first of all not think about it. Your brain is very powerful and if you think about it alot youll feel the same. So just go and do something to take your mind off it.

You are fine. You are just freaking out. It has nothing to do with the weed. I have anxiety attacks when there is change in my life whether it's good or bad. Just calm down, and don't mindfuck yourself.

i feel alot better this morning. i believe it is almost completely alleviated.

well as i posted yesterday, or something, my symtoms are lessoning. i still feel confused to sometimes as to what i did. for example, this morning, i almost spit out my lower retainer thinking it was gum when i was about to eat something. i've taken some multivitamin pills, so i'll have to wait and see how those go.

anyway, in the "i've been high for 3 days" forum, people have mentioned that first timers can take up to a week and maybe 2 weeks depending on how much they smoked. i smoked quite a few bowls with my buddies, so i hope thats the case.

well. i dont know what to say about it all, but brain damage? come on.. if it was brain damage it was there before you smoked the pot. it could all be physcological, maybe you were expecting something really powerfull before actually smokeing, and your brain just gave you what you thought it was going to be. maybe.

Just a little shock to the system. Vitamins are a good idea. Get plenty of sleep. Eat healthy
and stay hydrated. It just a hangover. Your not used to getting so toasted. Take it easy and don't smoke as much again for a while. You have probably experienced the worst effect that bud can have on you. It's not like you took an acid trip. You won't feel this way for long. You were correctly told that is propaganda and no truth to it. Peace.

ur r not still stoned and u dont feel stoned its just ur body remembering how u felt the other night something spooked u. that feeling is just cuz its still fresh in ur mind


just put it down to experience and smoke another j and the feeling will subside in a few days

Vitamin C- found in orange juice and other juices/fruits.
