DRUG TEST TOMORROW please help me

So I really am extremely nervous. I have an interview (i know, i haven't even been hired) tom. at walmart. First of all, has anyone been hired there before and what type of test did you have?
The last time I smoked hardcore was July 4. I smoked hardcore everyday for about 2 years before that. I smoked 3 joints from the 5th to the 6th. On the 12th I smoked one hit of some leftover ashtray weed (poor i know!) And on August 5th I found a blunt roach and smoked it in a small bowl. it filled about half the bowl. I got high. So it has been 11 days and I am scared if I have to take a test tomorrow I'll fail!
I weigh 105 pounds, am 5'4, and have a high metabolism. I shouldn't be scared probably, but that whole roach thing 11 days ago is freakin me out!

Well hun, I think your screwed. Weed stays in the system up to 30 days. Even if it was just a hit or two.

Well no one knows if you were clean before smoking the roach so I can't tell you about one time highs. Get a home test and if you fail it then sub or dilute. Did you read the stickies?

Reb, some chronic smokers take 60+ days to get clean. :thumbsup:

my husband took a drug test after being a chronic smoker for years. he has little body fat like me. and he sat around and didnt try to dilute or anything, and passed in 7 days. so i took asprin and ive been drinking cranberry juice and exercising. that first one seems a little...misinformed. but thanks!

The half-life of THC ranges from 0.8 days to 10 days, depending on the person. Just because hubby got clean in 7 days doesn't mean you will be clean in 7 days. Factors include physical activity level, body fat %, diet, genetics, smoking history.

If your drug test is tomorrow you don't want to be exercising the day before.

The CJ isn't doing anything for you either, not till the day of the test.

If you don't sub be sure and do the normal thing of drinking fluids before the test.Piss 4 or 5 times before the test and take the midstream of your piss.

I PASSED with flying colors. hah. 12 days after a roach + 4 weeks of not smoking after smoking all day for 3 years. but i dont have much body fat maybe thats why.
