How long does higher grade weed last you?

I'm trying to cut down on my smoking, and some friends have recommended only smoking chronic weed, seeing as the high is better but you use a lot less.

I get Swazi Gold, a low/mid grade Sativa at the equivalent of $10 for half an ounce. This usually lasts me a week and a half to two weeks, and takes about 2 - 3 bongs to get me where I want to be.

I can get HG weed like Super Sensi, Shiva, T44 or Blueberry for $10 a gram. Is this enough to stretch over a week? Maybe smoking 3 times a week? How much of it should I use? A gram is pretty much one or two buds...Do I use a half a bud a time in a bong or what?

Unless you have a low tolerance I don't think 1 gram would really last too long.

yeah i mean if ur getting half ounce for 10 and all u can afford is 10, dont settle for the gram, normally rule of thumb is go for quality but sometimes u have to make exceptions, and this might be one of those times, as u gain a tolerance, u wont have a problem with that gram in a day...i and im sure many other members of this site have done much more than that in 1 setting

I buy an 1/8 of high quality for $60. Kind of a rip-off, but thats how everything is around here. An 1/8 lasts me a week. I'd stick to the half O, unless the price of dank will go down to like 25 an 1/8.

You get 7 oz. for 2$? Huh? I get 7 oz. for 900.

I generally smoke one bowl each evening, and that's about it for smoking. (I also eat two brownies a day usually.) So, about .7 grams per bowl comes out to maybe 20 grams a month? Hmm, maybe my bowls are smaller than .7, because an ounce usually lasts me two months these days, if not longer (not counting what I eat). That's smoking only premium stuff; I used to smoke more when I got mids, because it took more to reach the same state. Good stuff definitely lasts me waaaaay longer than lower quality stuff.

I am amazed at the prices you guys are throwin down... ounces and half ounces in the 10 dollar range? wtf!!! A half ounce of shit mids around here costs AT LEAST 80 bucks, and its 20 bucks a g for like beasters, anything better than that is usually 25 a g. I really need to move...

Yeah I hear ya, I pay 25-30 an eighth for schwag, 40-50 for nugs when they're around, but they haven't been for the last month.

I can get a 2/8 of shwag for $25 and an 1\8 of chron for $30

I have noticed rather obscene prices being posted on these boards. The most I've ever paid for an eighth was $60, and that dealer was a fucking bitch to me, and the weed was fucking great (you can even see all the beutiful looking trichs on it and shit, and it smelled like that JuicyFruit gum but mixed with Winterfresh gum. That was some good shit) Down here, for an eighth, it doesn't go higher than $10 usually, but it's usually $5. That's a good deal on a half though, because even down here, halves are $20. But this shit is rediculous...That's why growing is like a GODSEND.



But either way, to answer the topic question, higher grade typically lasts me longer. Schwag can take as much as 10g's to get me blown out of my fucking mind, maybe more, maybe less. Some Jamaicain Skunk my friend grows, however, probably takes me about three decently sized spliffs, or a blunt and a bowl. My favorite has to be White Rhino, my boy up north grows that shit and hooks me up every few months or so.


But you, however, you should stick with that $10 half. That's a good deal, and it'll last you alot longer than one gram alone.

My husband and I smoke about a 1/2 oz every 5 days or so no matter what kind of weed it is, but I guess it is always better to get the chronic

I get mine for R80 for around 14g in CT.

Get the good stuff, and a good bong or waterpipe.... the weed for 1 hit in a bong will give you 2 in a waterpipe. Really good weed will only take 1 hit to get you lit. I have been working on an oz zip of Cali Pharma since Valentines Day, and still have some left. I smoke 3 - 4 times a week.

An ounce of really good stuff here goes for $150.

We rarely if ever get it here so I dunno really, but I was fryed about two hits of this kush a buddy of mine got once.
