I think things are getting better....

So I think things in my life are starting to get better. Especially work. We got a new store manager! :woohoo: She is very organized and actually helps get everything done. She is very upbeat and understanding. I'm very pleased with the change that our store has went through.

Also between this Friday and next Friday I will be taking my Assistant Managers test. No more training for me!! I cant wait for that.

My husband and I have the best relationship. He is so understanding about me working late and is very supportive. He gets up at 3am gets home about 5 and I don't get home until about 8. He has really stepped up. He cooks and cleans. 80% of the time he has dinner ready when I walk through the door, and the house looks great. Not to mention our 4 year wedding anniversary is on August 16. Together for 5 married for 4. I just love proving all those people who said we were too young (I was 18 he was 24) and making a mistake wrong. He proposed in six months and 9 months later we got married. Its been great.

Although I did have a little set back. I went for my normal monthly appointment with my OBGYN and broke down in tears and I didn't see it coming. She was asking me about how things were going and then came the water works. I was telling her about how badly I want a baby and that everyone around me keeps getting pregnant. Right then I just started to break down. I was telling her how it was so hard to be happy for everyone else because I'm getting so envious and pissed off that they are popping out babies left and right and nothing seems to be working for me. She was so sympathetic and caring. I love my Doctor. After her pep talk and encouragement I left her office with a glimmer of hope. She was so confident in her abilities to help me get pregnant that it gave me the boost that I needed.


I go for another round of blood tests 21 days after my period to see if I'm ovulating yet. So every one keep your fingers crossed for me. Now I just have to wait until I start. I don't think I have been looking this forward to my cycle in a while.


Everything seems to be falling into place and it seems that sometimes I don't have to do anything but sit back and watch.

I am very happy that your job is going better. I recall another thread you posted about how much of a jackass the other sup you had was.

Just stay positive and optomistic. I don't believe "the secret"-if you just visualize things that they will happen, but I have always been a firm beliver that nothing comes from being negative about a situation. Keep a positive outlook on life no matter what happens. There is always someone, somewhere, that is going through more than you could ever know. You waste valuable time by stressing and being depressed.

It will all work out the way it was meant to.

Staying positive about things is key. You can only change you and your perception of things, and if your outlook is positive than things around you will be as well. You cant sit around and worry about things that are out of your hands and you definitely cant change other people.

Look inside your self and find out what really makes you happy and be sure to follow through with it. Don't waste time dwelling on things or settle for anything. Live your life the way you want in the way that it makes you happy. Its your life and you only get one, so do it your way.

dro baby, you are one of the most loving, knowledgeable, and special people on these boards. i'm glad to hear that some things in your life are picking up, especially at work. i hope everything keeps getting better, especially when it comes to dro baby jr. like you said, keep positive. your time will come. i want you to know that you have the full support of the entire cannabis community, especially mine.

I'm so glad to hear things are getting better! Maybe now that you wont have so much extra stress from work it will be easier to get pregnant. We all know how bad you want it, and we want it bad for you too!
