I ususally buy a sack of weed and decide whether to make it into a blunt and smoke it in a day or two or conserve for many days doing it in a bowl. But either way I always pick out the stems and sticks and smoke them (If I'm doing it all ina bowl I just mix the crap with the green). Do any of yall do the same?

After ive smoke about a quarter and I have no weed left I usually have about a bowl of stems. I feel I may as well smoke them so I do. I only smoke sinsemilla so my bud never has seeds in.

Ive only gotten weed with seeds in it one time in my life but i would never smoke seeds. Very pointless. Stems i keep for other things like tea or hot chocolate or something like that.

Why in the world would anyone smoke stems and seeds? I don't think there's any THC in the seeds; you're basically smoking vegetable oil. And the stems? Virtually no THC there either, mostly cellulose. I'd rather chew them for the flavor. The tea idea isn't a bad one.
Stems and seed just adds to the weight so dealers can rip you off.

Yeah, but you should know that the weight of the stems & seeds is relatively obsolete compared to the ganja. If you really want to get your money's worth, then tell your dealer to remove some of the larger stems from the purchase, as you "haven't the time or patience to make tea/hash, etc."Quote:

as for the stems, if theyre real big i get em off before putting the weed in the grinder, but usually i just throw in a couple nugs. I get em off after...or if im smoking out of a pipe or bong i just smoke the nug without getting the stem off. They're tiny anyways.

Stems burn very slowly though and if you have a tiny pipe like me putting them on the bottom keeps the whole bowl burning too.Quote:

I collect my seeds so I can do a few practice grows before buying any proper seeds. Of course if any of my friends want seeds I dont mind tossing them a few. Never smoke the stems either, I just put them into the naughty corner for a bit...
