dood, its the government, they are the law, we cant win...
Yes we can, we need a hell of a public outcry though.
Here is some thing we agree on Nullific. lol We can charge the laws! It is up to the people to change the laws. We need a huge public outcry to change any thing. Yes including giving money showing up to protest and risking your freedom. I use to be menber of norml in NE befor I maved to FL. Now I need to regester with them here.
lets do it homies!!! you gotta fight the man!! alcohol at one time was illegal, and people got that to change. we just need a lot of support
I am in NORML. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.
i give to the M.P.P. (marijuana policy project) regularly. they are a lobying group fighting for the legalization of marijuana.
yes you have to fight to know whether or not your going to win man so do a small part whether that be donations or attending a protest kepp the fight strong and they will give in
cool thats what im saying. How do you join norml? :cool:Quote:

they are activists but they are corporate and are really inaffective but thats just my opinion they do help so im not saying that they dont but there progress is slow
I support NORML with money contributions. I also supported the "yes on 2" act in Alaska.
we got 44 percent of the vote, not quite enough. I am actually going to speak before the state Senate in opposition of a bill that would re-criminalize marijuana. It is already probably not going to pass, and if it does the court will overturn it, as they did in 92.
dude nice werk :cool:Quote:

look ppl it doesnt matter how much money you send or how many people you have to back you up, look i want weed to be legal just as much as any one but lets face it it cant happen until we get some honest politicions, the government makes more money off marijuana being illegal then they would if they made it legal, they allow a certian amount of drugs into the country if the drug dealers have enough money, and they do, thats another thing every time a bill to legalize marijuana comes up, the drug dealers pay polititions to fake the results.

It's cool to support orgs lobbying in our behalf. Join and give if you can. But orgs like NORML have been around for many years, and they can't get it done by themselves.
I believe that the strategy for reform is similar to what is happening w/Gay Marriage .....
1) Find some liberal state legislatures willing to reform their laws (MMJ, decriminalize/legalize use of MJ).
2) People then flock to those states and take advantage of laws before the FEDS can come in and throw everybody in jail. This is where WE come in.
The important votes are for state legislators in lib states (Cali/Ore/Colo...) and president (chooses federal judges n supreme court ).
