They could be Reclassifying Cannabis from Class C to a Class B in the UK

I've been watching the news recently and Gordon Brown says he wants weed not to be class C but to Class B,so apprently because it causes "mental problems" ,anyway I'm hoping it will not get Reclassifyed from a class B to a class C.

what do you think?

well I'm pissed off and laughing at them cause downgrading it 3 years ago has actually reduced the number of users so wouldn't reclassifying it be taking a step backwards.

I do believe that from experience can change a persons way of thinking, but that isn't because of the drug, but the user, my aunt has mild psychosis, but she is actually more normal than loads of people I know who don't toke, she finshed uni last year with distinctions and is perfectly fine, but she doesn't toke anymore.

This is the problem, the majority of people can handle cannabis without it changing them however there is a handful of people who should avoid the drug in the first place cause it's not going to have the same effect on them than it does on us.

That is what the government should be looking into and educating the public "PROPERLY" not just brainwashing people into saying "marijuana's bad mmkay..."

ya I don't have any faith in the labour goverment as they really don't have a clue about weed they should just leave it at the class C or decriminalise weed.

People pay no attention to class c b and a. That wont stop ANYONE using it. People need to be educated with truth, not bullshit, and weed itself needs to be completely legal and sold at all shops. They making it look as though they're doing something for us and they're not.

so true, pills are so much easier to get and much more harmful focus on that fucking government, or try bringing something else up to divert our attention to the real problems, not a 16 year old smoking a spliff in his bedroom who is potentially the next biggest murderer in england.

I think this country is fucked and disjointed. Why don't they stop us all from getting blown up rather than filling the prisons with dude who have done nothing wrong. Seems to me they wanna support criminal culture by allow dealer and the like charging huge amounts for shite weed. Obviously no idea of the country they are supposed to be looking after. And completely alienate many disabled people whom rely on weed for living a "normal" life and pain relief.
They put a few old women who's sons have gone crackers on tv, and the lawyer have used cannabis as a reason for the mental illness as a defense clause in court. It all shite. Screw the politicians, fuck the law and bollocks to this joke of a country.
Give the marijuana to the crims so they can use the cash to buy weapons, cocain and heroin. That is what this country has done over the last 50 years whilst licking the USA goverments cock. And all we get back is overcrowded prisons, fundamentalists and the deaths of our countrymen.
