Before i had money, me and my friends just made shit to use as a smoking device, or we'd use one of my buddies hoemade metal peices. But my first REAL peice, was my glass pipe, and i've had her now for 6 months since my birthday on feb 1st. I'll post a pic when i get back home.

well my og piece was a wooden pipe i bought for 5$. i had it for 3 years, served me and my friends well, practically everyday. i named him loaner cause he was borrowed a lot. then i fucking lost him a few months back, that or my parents took it. i also had a glass piece, but my parents took that too... now i have a two foot acrylic bong, very nice

I got my first pipe so long ago that I don't have a picture. It was a little glass pipe though that I got for like 15$ at the local smoke shop. I ended up breaking it by mistake when i was cashing it on the car window as we were driving. I was baked as hell when it broke and was so bummed. I've had an assortment of 20 or so diff pipes since then. I'm going to buy a new one when I get back to school, because I lost my pinchy one night at a party before school ended.
few months. it's ok, but I like to switch up between blunts and joints as opposed to hitting the bowl. Been only smoking for about 4 years though.
it's pretty clear, but the contrast gradually increases as it gets rezzed up.

I got my first piece about five years ago when I was thirteen. I don't have any pictures on this computer but it's just a regular glass pipe that gets the job done. Don't really use it anymore unless I'm traveling.
my first peice was a acryliac bong... real little one.... about a foot..... it hit real nice...... no picture sorry... i had it for 6 months... sold it then got a bong that wus i think 3 ft?? had an ice holder double chamber... nice bong.... had that for 2 yrs then got taken by my mom and dad.... it jus sits in their closet so i sitll use it but i got a lil pipe now i use most often... had it for mayb a year and still havent cleaned the res yet.... imma do it soon
my cousin sold me my first bowl for 20 bucks, it was a nice little piece, i sold that to a friend for 10 bucks and a dime of bud and then i bought another bowl from another friend for 20 bucks, since then my mom found my bowl broke it, ive bought a chillum and i gave it to my friend for a bowl and then the bowl was stolen
My first good pipe, which I still have, was a Belgian-made Hilson Fantasia Meerschaum #270, purchased around 1972. Below is a picture of one that someone is selling on ebay. The background color is yellow/green, and the swirls are blue. Mine appears to be slightly lighter in color than the one in the pic.
my first piece lasted me about 3 years, till i broke it my freshmen year of college.

Few years ago. Still have it, keep it as clean as the day I bought it, as I do all my pieces.
My first piece I BOUGHT was the 14" glass bong in my avatar, I got it new for $20 and it's easily a $100 bong, had it for three months now. My first ever piece was a wooden pipe I was given from my great stoner friend before I was even into drugs. He simply said "Here, take this, you will use it someday" It makes a great tobacco pipe. I want to pick up a nice glass pipe soon.

My first piece was a glass bong. It lasted about 6 months and I broke it. I dont have it anymore for that reason.
My first peice was a glass bowl which i named groggadore. I've had it over 3 years, i intend to keep it for sentimental value. I don't use it anymore because i rpefer water pipes and the carb gets hot now.
My first piece I ever had was 20$ and it was a metal pipe and on the stem it had a sweet ass weed leaf design on it that was all multi colored, loved the thing. My friend got one too and he showed his mom so they got tooken away like 2 days after we got them. :(
Then my second piece my friend stole from this like 7/11 owned by Indians and they sold hookahs and pipes and shit, we distracted them while he took it outta the case on the counter haha. It was another small metal purple pipe had a pretty big bowl would fit perfect right in your pocket. Had it for like a month got searched at school and it was in my backpack along with my smokes, lighter, papers and an empty weed baggie (finished my weed at lunch before they found it so I didn't get in any trouble LOL).
At the moment I don't have a piece I just roll joints or use a homemade bong.
my first piece was a bubbler with the sickest design on it yet it was still a really ugly piece it has a pen stem with electrical tape around it and a broken ROOR bowl on the top haha it gets the job done for sure id say over 100 bowls of chronic have been smoked through it

When i first started smoking i used homemade shit but last october i got my first peice, a little 15 dollar glass piece, clear (not anymore:D) with red swirls, I tried to clean it a while ago and didnt work great its still got a bunch of resin. I also got a chillum a couple weeks ago, my friend borowed it a couple weeks ago and i just got it back.

sorry, my first and the pipes/and pieces after have ended up in a box. one day i will assemble them and make a borg pipe.lol if i showed them to you i would have to kill ya. u understand.
my sister gave me her glass pipe in august of 06 i love it. its awesome
i had my first bowl for almost a year and a half her name was reggie and i dropped it in my friends basement (concrete floor) cause i was high and stupid
I just broke my first glass bowl 2 nights ago..:( i had just cleaned it too. It was still a little wet inside when i smoked with it, and i think that probly weakened it. i went to scrape some resin that was still in the bowl and that peice just broke... it was almost exactly 2 years old. i think its still useable though.
