Bad Anxiety Trip off of weed??????

Whats up peeps up until recently I have been smoking chiba for years....But my experiance was shattered like no other just recently having what people call an anxiety attack or some form of panic attack...One morning I decided to hit my bong for a few and sit back and chill at my place....All of a sudden my heart starts racing I start sweating and everything negative that has ever happened to me in my life started jumping in full force back in my head.....from ex girlfriends to financial hardships..etc...etc...The one thing I really felt like doing was breaking down and calling my girlfriend and telling her that something was wrong with me....For a good half hr or so i kept racing back in fourth at my place trying to keep the tears from rolling down my face....and I did but to the result of me going outside and getting air I kept asking myself why do I feel like crying....wtf is happening to me.......and hr passes and I feel much better and im pretty much back to normal...But still freaked out as to what had transpired......crazy shit.....sorry for the bio people...Anyone else have something like this happen to them......:(

You did the right thing by trying to stay chill and just letting it pass on. You didn't happen to smoke more than you usually do, did you?

And yeah, I have had something like that happen to me. I smoked to forget about something, but it only made it worse.

Thanx Jesta as far as smoking more than usual no not really.....The one thing i can say is that I was coming over a respatory infection and had just finished taken some antibiotics....Dont know if that only made it worst.....scary feeling though........

I heard somewhere that you shouldn't take weed with advil or antibiotics and stuff like that, but I don't know if that's true.

one of my friends told me that weed can be a mood enhancer, at first i thought it was dumb but i smoked after a bad breakup and felt horrible now i only smoke when im happy and just chillin, that may have had something to do with it

Yes I think its deff true....funny thing is I was feeling pretty good then all of a sudden felt like the world was coming to an end......also was told that smoking pure sativas can trigger some slight parranoia in people....Which is what I was smoking not pure but Sativa dom deff....But who knows.....

That shit used to happen a lot, I think it might be the strain? If anything, it's normal for some people and ya just gotta figure out how to relaaaxxxx. It's all in the mind bro! Acknowledge, become aware and try to come up with a solution :D.

has this happend to anyone,...you'll just be sitting there stoned deep in what ur thinking and then out of nowhere u take a deep ass breath! realizing u forgot to breath!. that has happend to me acouple of times. only when im really high though

dont worry about it bro, buggin out happens to even the best of us.
i think that when you blaze right when you wake up, you tend to get higher, cuz its like the first of the day, idk maybe that was why. or maybe you smoked a lil more than usual

Who the hell knows?????? now I feel like just smoking the heavy couch lock stuff home and save the energetic and cerebral sativas for a party or when im chilling with friends outdoors...lol

try not to worry about it man. that exact thing happened to me a couple of times and i think it's just from smoking a little too much. either that or if you dwell on something as you're toking up can send you into one of those trips.
