for me,,, ill go about 24 hours
or so and then ill have a few
beers and just fucking light
one up, and after that I forget
about quiting...
Nah its not in the wrong forum its easier than you think IF YOU REALLY WANT TO QUIT..

Honestly if you download the file and give it a go as long as you are serious about quitting it will be easy and you will have no problem doing it

STICK WITH IT, really, quit, don't smoke.
I wish some of my friends would quit, I've even brought it up to them in really secure manners, but I know they won't until it's too late.
I've seen people close to me go through lung cancer, it is NOT pretty. It's not worth it, you have an objective right now, so stick with it and just let it go. I'm serious on this shit, It's horrible to see someone try to quit, and not.... And it's even worse (it's horrible, and fucks with you emotional) to see someone go through lung cancer (not to mention die from it).
You can hang in there. It's not worth it to eventually put your close friends/family through that. STAY STRONG, don't smoke.
First day of not smoking, and its going good. I havent even wanted a cigg all day! I thanks for the support guys, I think its helping :greenthumb:
