Isn't it extremely hard on the lungs?
its disgusting
It's harsh on the lungs, which doesn't do your pulmonary system any good. And it often has been grown in big fields in Mexico, where goodness only knows what sorts of pesticides have been used on it. Sometimes various types of light moisteners/adhesives have been sprayed on before the brick compression. Plus it's seedy and twiggy and, well, not great stuff. My long-time friend Lewis, a former neighbor of a big marijuana farmer in Mexico, said that after watching that process a couple of times, he'd rather smoke nothing than smoke schwag.
I see I got some shit today my dealer said it was just thai weed, I picked up a bit, the buds were dark green and were extremely tight and the smell is different almost spicy. I smoked some it was easy on the lungs and had a cannabis smell. Is this brick weed or just thai.
Most likely thai. Brick weed is discolored and usually brown when I've seen it, and I really don't like it, it sucks ass. my best best is buy small ammounts [ounces etc] from someone who grows at home or something.Quote:

Once was just premature grass clippings that was overcharged.
The second time though, this stuff was grown in a corn feild in Northern Alberta. My buddy brought some back from a place called Zama, after being in the oilfield for a few months. This stuff was loaded with seeds, was hard as a rock, but it was still in bud form. It actually had pieces of corn husk in the bag too.
Despite 12 seeds falling out of a 2 gram bud, it tasted horrible, didn't get us high, gave me a hardcore headache, hurt my lungs, and even made me feel a little sick to my stomach.
To me, dirt weed isn't worth it. It just isn't enjoyable, and I find myself forcing down the smoke, which doesn't make getting high fun at all. I don't care what kind of flavoured wraps or super cooled water...it tastes like pure shit, and you have to smoke so much to get high.
I'd rather smoke .5 of a gram of some kind buds than have to puff down an entire blunt of dirt.
Quality over quantity. :)

I have moved a lot of sensi brick and brick which seems to be a nice light sativa and that stuff was bought up like crazy. So i think it all depends on the quality of the brick weed, IMO
It can be good, but the generic term "brick" has gotten associated almost exclusively with bad Mexican. It's basically just very compressed to make shipping easier, and can be excellent to very poor. I haven't seen any in decades.
A great pot movie is Cisco Pike, starring Kris Kristopherson as a musician ex-con who makes a deal with a corrupt narc, played by Gene Hackman, to sell hundreds of pounds of very good stolen Mexican weed that is in brick form. thumbsup:
nah this isn't that bad no weird smell just a spicy aroma like people say thai is also it isn't brown but quite dry and crumbly baecause I tied the bag too tight, it doesn't matter what it is I guess, i'm pretty high nice and mellow and it was only an 1/8th so watever
There are several types of Thai weed that I've had, including: green; (mostly) gold but multicolored (the best in my opinion); and chocolate Thai - which was dark and tasted like chocolate. The large gold Thai sticks that were available in the 1970's were great, but eventually it started coming as just buds, and not on sticks. It's all good, though. The green stuff was kind of "tight" as you have reported. If it actually came from Thailand, and not grown with Thai seeds here, it was in all likelihood compressed to some degree for shipment.Quote:

Yes, but the "Chocolate" ones were loose. The string used to hold the buds to the stick was a natural fiber from the plant. With the small green ones, you got about 15 sticks to an oz. The large gold ones were about 7 to an ounce - that type was considered by many people to be the best weed in the world. The small green ones were about 1/2 the price of the large gold ones. Man, those big ones were stiff with dried resin, tasted fantastic, and gave an incredibly good stone.Quote:

cheers for all the help guys :D
yeah this high is more mellow much less indica than normal very clear headed high as I've heard some thai weed can do
I smoke brick weed it can be light green with few seeds. They pack it tight for shipping so it can come accross the boarder in back packs. Sometimes it can be brown dirt weed with a ton of seeds. But it is cheep 3 bills a pound.

this is what's wrong with brickweed...it's grown with seeds, to produce more weight, it's moistened before packed, it's smashed to the point you can't see trichomes..need I go further...
it's okay, but compared to killer..it's nothing..I will never take a picture of regular weed and post on this website again..I've seen the best, and brickweed regardless of how potent it is just doesn't match up to what you can get..
Sometimes brick weed can be incredibly potent and give a nice sativa high that is hard to find in todays indica dominant dutch strains.
My brick is 1 Lb
if its shitty make oil lol, but for a cheap price u cant complain and plus u cant complain with a bunch of oil for a cheap price
