newby want to no if its being done right "indoor"

ok hi how is every body?

i have a question for a friend he doesnt have the inter net so i hope yall can help me help him!

He has a 18 in by 18 in space thats about 5 foot tall and he has 3 compct fluros that are 23 wat ech and 1600 lumens ech and a ballast hooked up to two 18 inch bulbs that r 15 watts ech and 1 900 lumens and 1 is 850 lumens and a blue sun bulb i think thats around 20 watts so thats like 120 watts and
about 6000 lumens and the blue sun bulb is about 800 lumens so theats 6800 lumens he has three plants two are about 5 in and 1 is about a inc "baby" the walls are lined in foil and theres a mylar reflector and a fan at the top for ventalation he just put the blue bulb to day does any one think he should use that yet or wait till his plants are flowering? and just put another 23 watt fluro in its place instead? he said they are healthy looking and had on 18/6 and it was sexing pre flowering or what ever so i did alittle reading on here for him and told him to switch it to 24/7 is that ok? the lights r about 6 inc away from the plants and its about 80 to 90 degrees always. is he doing anything wrong? and can he use those same lights for flowering because he said he wasnt gonna use a medal halide like i told him he dnt wanna spend anything he got all the stuff 4 free ant that some shhht. the seeds came from some pritty good stuff supposubly.

I'm kind of tired right now, so reading that, and thinking of advice are a bit strenuous at the moment. A few things that might get you faster replies (and this is with all sincerity), type it out better.

1. One big paragraph is a little annoying to try to read through. Spacing it out more (into say 2 or 3 paragraphs) will make it easier to read.

2. Grammer: use periods, commas, capitalization when you should. Run on sentences are hell to read. Correct grammer makes it more legible, which of course makes it easier to read.

3. Spelling: read over what you typed before you post and correct any mispellings. A few missed here or there are not that bad, but when it's a constant issue, it can be a guessing game or just plain annoying. Type "are" instead of 'r' or "each" instead of "ech".

Also, if you use an abbreviation or something, keep it consistent. I assume you mean inches when you say "in" and "inc", but use one or the other if you have to. Anyways, spelling makes things clear and easy to read.

It doesn't have to be perfect. Mistakes here and there are ok. But really try to eliminate most of them and it should be legible. I can't force you to do this, but I'm telling you because people are going to be more inclined to read and reply to a clear written post than one that is not. Would you like to read through what you wrote? People who come here to help out will be happier to if your post is clear, and you'll probably get more and faster replies.

I'm not trying to bash you, just trying to help you out. Good luck :D. And sorry for rambling ...

The lighting is about right.
24/0 is not necessary, 18/6 is what I would do, save some power.
Blue bulb should be used for veg rather than saved for flower.
If your friend puts the fan towards the bottom, and a place for the air to escape at the top he/she should get better temperatures (heat rises).
And its cool to use the same lights for flower.

YOU no what he said it got to hot in there and the leaves curled a little he maid the vent holes bigger so no its around 81 degrese and i think it might come back but itll be all right.

do you think hell have ok buds? and when or how big should he let them get before he flowers i think he might want them to stop at 3 ft.

and sorry for any inconvinence to anyone who had to read it twice im a newby it was my first thread!

sorry forgot something he also told me he purchased some miracle grow/ liquid fertizer.

he said he put 10 drops right neer the stalk into the dirt

on the two 5 inch and 5 drops on the 2 inch baby the baby and one of the others reacted very well and grew quick but the other one just curled.

so im guessing the fertilizer could of burned that 1 i told him just to do that once every two weeks what do you think?

I dont know a ton, but i know miracle grow isnt very good, and shouldnt you be mixing that with water not just dropping it in the soil?

according to greg green's cannabis grow bible, once you decide on a photoperiod, you should keep it until it's time to flower ( 24/0 the whole veg time or 18/6 the whole veg time).

keep temps between 75-85F otherwise growth will not be as rapid

the "educated ones" you called upon will in fact be more likely to give good advice if they aren't initially dumbed down by the way you type.

you should definitely dilute the ferts with water. im new n I dont know too much but i've read enough to know you shouldnt add it directly like that.

youre right about adding it str8 to the soil im gonna do 10 drops mixed with water every 2 weeks.

i have another question not sure if it will work but if seen it done with other plants.

we have a lot of little plants and i just took a out door 4 incher and pulled it out the lose soil without damaging the roots and put it in water with root stimulater and bloombooster

will the plant grow regular or even att all if it does work i can get some mildew stuff for the roots!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why it wouldn't grow, but I hope you didn't bring an outdoor plant inside. This might bring in outdoor pests that will eat indoor cannabis plants cause they would be the only food source available to them

i dont think that is it i added fertilizer and the blue bulb all the same day and tranplanted like 2 days before.

i think it should be ok the plants are doing good he says!

the baby is getting big and real healthy!

he said he noticed the plants growing faster when it closer to 75 degrese!
