Have you gone to work high?

Alright, I am high and I have to be at work in 2 hours. I smoked about an hour or a bit before ago, but I am still feeling it.

Ok, I will peak for about probably 25 minutes overall, but I will be pretty high (stoned) for about 4 hours overall just by one bowl. It is really good weed that I get.

So I do kind of go to work high. I can do my job efficiently because I just sit down all day and work on a computer. But sometimes I'll forget what I was talking about. I work in an office and deal with the dumbest bullshit ever. But its easy. lol.

I guess it all depends on the job in determining if it is ok to go in high.

I have gotten high at work when the boss is out of town and I know I won't have to do much the rest of the day. I work in an office too. There is only so much internet surfing you can do until your really bored and want to get high.

I used to all the time back in HS. Wasn't really a big deal, everyone else did too and it helped me deal with all the a$$hole customers

Never, not once.

I worked at a Coldstones ice cream and I plain couldn't do it. You have to remember multiple orders and the ingredients to make them at once. The worst is that you are surrounded by candy and ice cream all day but you cant touch any of it.

Besides I got fatter tips when I made sober small talk with pretty customers

I work stoned everyday, and i smoke while im working.

i worked in a petrol station for a long time n used to smoke bud on my breaks, nobody ever noticed (dont think so, anyway) but it was so funny, some customer would come in an jus make small talk n the next thing u know ur spoofin shit to him for like 10 mins, hes jus starin at u.... funny....:jointsmile::jointsmile:

went in really drunk once... got fired tho:mad:

I smoked before work all the time. I'd usually light up with a couple co-workers about 15 minutes before our shifts. Good shit.

i smoke everyday during work, usually never before, i always do it on my lunch breaks

I've had 2 jobs before I started going to college. I was able to go to the first one which was working in a music store and teaching the occasional guitar lessons to 5-12 year olds, so it was actually really fun high. The second one I worked at Geek Squad/Best Buy for about 6 months where I was completely unable to go to work high. I had to deal with customers all day, pissed off customers to say the least. It wasn't a good environment for a person that likes to toke. I'm glad I got out of there, I miss the pay though, but I want to be able to enjoy myself when I work.

I use to smoke, get high and goto work....

I don't do that anymore cause it ruins my concentration.

I look at weed as a substance where you shouldnt get high and need to do something that requires concentration.

I smoke before I go to work, and then with a couple of other people at lunch, but it's only because I have a very simple job.

i would do it some.. but it seemed like every time i did some crazy shit would happen.... shit would get weird and ...hmmm:stoned:

I did towards the end of my old temp job every now and then, like on Friday's. I didn't do it a lot because I would start to feel burnt out by lunch. I haven't at any other job, though. A good friend once said, "If you go to work stoned, you'll have nothing to look forward to when you get off!" I think there's a little truth in that. I think it makes the smoke more satisfying if you aren't always doing it.

my job is simple, i have smoked before it but i prefer not to just because im there so long id prolly fall asleep in the middle lol

my boss allready thinks im a stoner and barely knows me

I have before but don't like doing it. I deliver pizzas, so I'd have to remember the address, directions, the total price, and make small talk with ppl at their doors. When I was high, tips went down b/c I couldn't socialize much and I usually got lost at least once a night.

There's a lot of wisdom in that. I have friends that spend all their money on herb, then spend all their time smoking herb. I don't really see the point in smoking all the time b/c that is pretty much addiction.

The ratio of me working high/sober is about 99/1. Everything that I do so well or even not so well when sober I do even better while high. I have been to court over 40 times in the past 4 years for traffic violations, criminal charges, etc.. I was high for every single one of them and I beat EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. I have probably driven around 250,000 miles in my life. About 150,000 of those I was high. Any sort of accident/incident and most of my tickets were received while sober. Except for the past few months of being poor and a homeless beach bum (I decided to enjoy my last summer on the beach the right way, I knew I was leaving), I smoke from the second I wake up to the few minutes before I pass out, and allllll during the day. And Im usually up for about 20 hrs a day on average. Even bein poor lately I still have so many friends Ive gotten high countless times or driven them home or to pick something up, I still smoke every day. Im in love with Mary Jane. Weve been married for 5 years... but weve been fuckin for over 10

Never. But then again I work with some extremely hot ovens and steamers. (A sort of cook :D)

I've done it before but i prefer to work sober.

Never been to work High, too hands-on and demanding to enjoy a buzz.

I use to get high at school throughout the years, not anymore though... Grown out of it.

I get high when I can, without having to face work shift calls, no study, no chores, got all errands out of the way.

I got work at 6am tomorrow, and what I do is I just hire a few movies, take a few hits from the bong and mellow out in the living room eating eggs or chicken or something.

It allows me to fall asleep a lot easier too, another reason I wouldn't do it before work/school ;)

I want to college high had a gpa of 3.7 all because of cannabis. In history class i stayed high because i can remember the story, and sometimes see it play out in my mind cuz boy i be....high...!

I can go in as high as I like, even smoke it at work but I chose not to. I work on the telephone, and trying to sell people windows while high as fuck really doesn't work to well for me.

lol I worked at Comcast for a year and a half and I would roll a joint every morning while driving my little 5 speed to work. It was a 45 minute commute, so I liked relaxing. Plus I could do pretty much the entire drive without touching my hands to the steering wheel, including shifting. I would roll j's all day through work and one on the drive home too. Thats how I roll. lol

i'm a package handler at fedex, i start at 3am. since its summer and i dont have shit to do i've been going out every night and just going into work fucked up.

it would be far far easier for me to count the days i havent come in stoned (or on something else) than days i have..

i used to smoke 5 mins before leaving to go to work which was like a ten minute walk from my house, i used to do it all the time until we got a new manager and i was blazed out of my mind when she introduced herself to me and asked me what my name was and i had to think about it before i answered, and the entire time i was doing the "stoner sway" so i figured she knew i was fucked up.

one time i got to work an hour early by accident cause they had changed my shift to 3 instead of 2 so me and my friend who also works there decided to walk out of the store go back to my house get stoned then go back. when we came back everyone was like why didnt you punch in early and why did you leave and come back where did you guys go? and we were just laughing about it.

i recently quit cause that place sucks so now im jobless :stoned:

what else r u supposed to do at work? if i dont smoke at work, who else will sit around, eat and read magazines?

man, I used to be an office manager, I go to tell fully grown men, some twice my size,( Im 5ft 2in) where to go. Literally. so I was in charge pretty much. well, they decided I didn't matter cuz I'm a girl and young, well that didn't last long, by my 2nd week, they were callin me ma'am or The Hilder. (you gotta instill fear, and theyll start kissing ur a**) then i let em kno how cool i am. I would smoke on the way to work in the morning, when everyone left, b4 they came back (lunch) and right after i left. by the time i quit, i had smoked out almost every one of those guys . its been 2 yrs and i still talk to some of em, and smoke it up

i always start a new job baked,that way when your next stoned,you look just as "fresh" as when you 1st started work.i must be the only person that gets hay fever all year round !
