Aslong as you know what your doing, if your tripping out to much then ride off the high then work out.
Im not too fond of working out while high because when the high starts to wear off im extra tired.. Try working out then lighting up. You get the natural high from working out and the high from the weed too:jointsmile:
im the type of person that likes to smoke before everything i do. ( just makes it funnier, and more enjoyable) But yeah i love to work out high or play sports high, its nothing like getting a good sweat. And there's nothing better then having that good ass relaxing sober feeling after working out high.
I have never thought about working out high. Sounds like a major waste of a high. I do that sober.

Well have a think about it, your stoned, of course its not safe because your brain and body works slower and your heart beats faster, i have done this before i stayed in the gym for about 10mins then i just left its quite a dangerous thing to do, so dont do it. But remember if you have an accident or something, because your high its your fault.
that shit sucks high. my trainer called me when i was high and told me to come in 3 hours earlier or else i would've had 4 whole hours to sober up...almost fell off the treadmill a couple times just warming up
I don't like working out when I'm high because I lose track of time or the number of reps I've done and have to guesstimate. Also, lifting is wayyyy harder.
it makes me very sluggish and i hate it. i love to smoke a joint on the way home from the YMCA tho
I think working out high sounds good because I always like to get a good nap in after I smoke and if I work out while I'm high I get a nice relaxing sleep afterwards.
nothing like Curling 135lb barbell and taking a swim/shower than a smoke

Doing yoga while high is awesome, but lifting, I'd rather be sober.
I think smoking before lifting actually benefits me because it's an anerobic activity which means you exert more energy for a shorter period of time, as opposed to aerobic energy which requires more oxygen to the muscles...anyway yes I actually like it, try it
working out high isn't that bad if you are using machines, but free weights are so gay when you're high (well, when i am at least because i have bad balance when i'm high).

I have worked out high a few times. I think it sucks ass. Your body feels like rubber bands and for me it makes lifting harder.
da5mikey makes a good point about anerobic vs arerobic, ive tried lifting while high and it wasnt that bad, whereas cardio is horrible, i just feel all fatigued like i just wanna lie down

i do mostly free wieghts and im usually high when i work out just be careful on those bench presses one day i thought i had it totally on the rods that hold the bar and i was hella tired cuz it was my last rep and one side was on but the other wasint so it almost droped on my neck and i have an olympic sized bar that shit would have decapatated (fuck spelling that word right) me. but luckaly i noticed just in time and my second wind broke through and i got it where it needed to be. scared the fuck outta me though made me think twice

cardio burns u out too quick
over the years getting stoned n working out has helped me increase my bench

I do it every day. Before AND After. I run, and I lift. Been doing so for months.
It also motivates me to do more and go longer, harder and faster XD... Truly, it does... When running, though I listen to music that makes me want to kill. And when lifting, some good ole' blues up loud on the computer.Quote:
