getting high everyday

i was just wondering what some peoples opinions were about getting blazed all day everyday. i guess im a dipshit but i cant see how some people get high everyday or just talk about getting high nonstop. i hate all that shit these dumasses around spew out all day "bro i cant wait to go home n smoke a bowl". i guess those dudes dont have a life other than getting high, i like getting high but i cant see just wasting my life on it. i know im not productive when im high, maybe some of u guys are. how many times of day do u guys think about weed? -- anyway i know allll u guys think weed is [U]completly harmless[U] but in my opinion MJ makes u feel good, even if u are a pile of shit. and if ur a pile of shit and u feel good about that then u wouldnt want to fix urself. maybe im wrong about some stuff but i just wanna hear some input about that.

I've always been a believer that someone who sits at home and snorts coke is just as socially inept as someone who sits home and studies all day. There has to be a middle ground. I, for one, enjoy smoking. So much so that I love to savor every occassion. While I could smoke all day, every day, I prefer to smoke in a recreational fashion amongst friends.

Sometimes when I'm high I realize I'm a pile of shit and I try to fix it.

Exactly...when I first started smoking I had a huge emotional problem because of this. I was really upset at how much of a douchebag I was. haha.

i don't smoke that often, i don't want to make it a habit that will be hard to break.. atleast not until i'm rich (rofl XD) i only smoke like once or twice a week, plus it helps keep the tolerance low :) there for i get fucked up cheaper!

I smoke every day. Today, I slept all day, so this is the closets to 24 hours without weed I've experienced in over a year and a half. I'm about to smoke a joint, so I'll see if I notice any more noticeable effects.

Weed does reveal yourself to you, I definitely agree with that.

im pretty much like u jugg. these dudes i know always talk about how hardcore they are and how much they need to smoke, i love being a lightwieght!

Just because you get high everyday doesn't mean you don't have a life. You can smoke and go do things, some of us don't just sit around. I like to get high and do whatever I was planning to do anyway. I guess that's hard to understand.

Yep. When I first started smoking I would just chill with friends the entire time I was high. Now I'll go out and do whatever I was gonna do anyways, just sucks that most of the time my eyes look like they are shut :stoned:

I really dont see what the problem with smoking every day is it. Some people like to come home from a long day at work and crack open an ice cold beer, other people like to take some hits from the bong. Just different ways of relaxing. I can understand how it could be a problem if someone is smoking all day everyday and is high most of the time. That might get in the way of some things. And dude you sound like your talking shit on everybody who smokes every day. Just chill and let people be.

True, it makes dipshits feel good about themselves but hey.. if it isn't weed, dipshits will find something else to keep them from doing anything productive. That being the case, I think about weed every now and then... usually when I'm anxious about something, or just bored. I actually do more when I'm high, it gives me a little patience and focus and... well, my train of thought is easier to deal with under the influence.

If a dipshit's a dipshit, nothing's going to make them realize they're a dipshit.

well i still go to school and dont need to work so it's pretty much the only thing for me to do everyday. i am very social and productive during my days, being outside all day forsure gets many productive things done

Well... i smoke every day, religiously. And i have a life too, like anybody else... the only difference is that my life is a stoned one... Its much better doing things while stoned... everything is more enjoyable... life is far better... if we have to live, why not to live in the best way possible?

And like several people stated, weed makes you more aware of yourself. I had LOTS of problems, and used to be heavily hindered by them. After i started to smoke, i could look at my problems from an "outside" view... like if my problems were someone's else problems. Then i could look at them coldly, rationally, and think the better way to solve them, without being biased by anything.
And i learned a LOT of things while stoned, things i would have taken a loooong time to figure out by myself if i were sober... i think i became some 10 years older and wiser in this 2 and half years of smoking... Now im a peaceful person, i have almost no problems (well... except tolerance... thats a big one...:p), and i can say im happy.
Looking backwards, if i havent started to smoke, im sure i would have become a drunk, a junkie, or even a dead.

well i got some bad rep from halo because "im talking shit on everybody who smokes everyday" but if u guys know that there is nothing wrong with it then why should it matter what i say? anyway the people who i know who smoke all day are just zombies, i dont know anybody like u guys who are functional and shit when ur stoned.

I usually smoke with a certain group of friends, I'm not always with them, but we do it a few times a week. And when I get home late from doing whatever, I like to relax and smoke because I'll just be awake until the early am anyways.

i dont really want to be high all day. i love sober life just fine. i smoke the occasional bowl to make things more interseting and i go into some deep ass thoughts. but i dont think i could be high everyday all day

I smoke every day and have done for the past year or so. It doesn't mean I don't have a life. I do plenty in my life, not everyone chooses to smoke during the day. I only smoke in the evenings, when there isn't all that much to do.

I toke everyday, sometimes thats all day everyday or just in the evenings. Now I don't really go out much because I love computer games to much, but if its what I enjoy, why wouldn't I do it? Maybe I see it this way because I used to be out all day every day smoking, because I couldn't smoke in doors.
I've also found over time, cannabis deffinatly makes me enjoy my own company.

Im not the type that is like, "Shit, I can't wait to smoke" as it is no longer an event/occasion for me. More or less, its something I do off-the-whim. Its just like smoking a ciggarete to me (obviously with different effects lol) cause I can still be as productive as I've grown a huge tolerance. If the moment calls for it, I/We'll grab a blunt and smoke. Im not so much into the "Hiding" aspect of it anymore. Every so often, Ill smoke right on the street. Its possible cause theres always so many people on the street lol.

Personally, I smoke everyday after work and before I go to bed. I tend to smoke about 2 to 4 bowls a day, except on weekends, which is when I get high about 3 to 4 times a day. I don't like getting or being high all day. I have a freind who also smokes everyday and likes to be high all day, but I beleive it's a waste of weed. I beleive you can only get so high. Sometimes when I try and get high back to back my tolerance is so high or I'm still burnt out from the previous high and it takes longer to get high so you tend to waste more weed like that.

i try to be as conservitave as I can with my weed. Yesterday I was cool with only smoking 2 bowls. I was too tired to smoke abnother bowl or 2 before bed time, so I simply knocked out and forgot about getting high. But I must admit that everday right before I get off work, i'm just thinking about going home and getting ripped after a stressful day at work.

I am really dedicated to conserving my weed....I smoked a small chillum bowl today and still got buzzed.

nicely put, the way i think about it is, if it has to be done, or i was going to do it anyways, i might as well be high doing it.. it makes it more interesting. on another note, i tend to be adventurous after i smoke.. im not going to say i get high EVERYDAY because i dont have the money for that, or sometimes, it just doesnt happen. but i smoke a lot.

whats your defenition of being high all day? i smoke 3-5 times a day (usually 2bowls each session) and some people think i smoke all day but i also know people who smoke at least 10 blunts a day who think they dont get high enough

Oh trust me I know it's possible to smoke in the street.. I mean weed is not so more hard to find for me as it was when I was a rookie some 2 years ago. Back then I would fret over silly things like "Oh shit, I wanna get some bud for this awesome weekend!". Now I dont even talk much about it.. Just grab the cigar pull out the weed roll me a fat Blizzunt!! And do this wherever I may be when I feel like getting high... all day, everyday.. oh yeah hate me occasional poser potheads! :p

weed is fun and good, in school it was an everyday breakfast/lunch/dinner kind of thing. now im not the same person any more and like it when i like it. a buzz a day is good for me. its still fun, but i am also using it to self medicate now. i have a terrible stomach and recently started having migrains, well maybe not migrains but bad headaches behind my eyes. its the only thing i can think of that helps me immediatly. (sp) lol, plus it makes a nagging job like dishes that much more fun.

I have more than enough bud to last me some 3 weeks. I'll be spending most of it at my cabin on a beautiful lake, with nothing but time and good friends. And tell me that if I smoke all day, I'm just going to be sitting around doing absolutely nothing...rotting away...becoming a useless stoner? Hah, yeah alright bud. I am a fully functional, intelligent, caring, and useful human being. Cannabis, in no way, has as many ill effects as some of you have been mentioning throughout this thread.

when school is in me and my friends usually smoke a bowl or 2 in the morning before we get on campus, then we smoke a bowl at lunch (its been getting more and more hard because some of the people that come up to our group at lunch are dumbasses and tend to be revealing) then smoke a bowl or 2 after school. this isnt an everyday thing, just when me and my friends have the weed lol.. f we dont we usually just save up lunch money and buy pot after school
