smoked 1 equate extra stength pain reliever Acetaminophen 500 mg (4th and still smoking)
swallowed 1 36mg Concerta (chopped up) (riddlin??) (2nd)
im sure ppl on here have tooken more but if u dont hear from me in 1 week im dead....i luv god (or w.e. is up there and i luv ya'll and my rents) mmk so yeah... idlk i feel like im fake and flying.... am i gonna die man???

Didn't we tell you that acetaminophen doesn't get you high and you shouldnt try tripping off dxm if the pills contain other active ingredients? Why ask and wait for an answer if you're just going to do it anways?
What you are feeling is probably mostly from the alcohol, maybe a bit from psuedoephedrine and concerta (methylphenidate...same shit in ritalin) mostly. 60mg of dxm is only double the adult dose...and acetaminophen is just tylenol which WILL NOT GET YOU HIGH. Considering that you only took ~2000mg of acetaminophen you should be fine even though its still not so healthy combined with alcohol. Still you might as well have just drank maybe did your concerta and would have felt the same way without doing as much liver damage to yourself.
Seriously though do some research on the pills you think will fuck you up BEFORE you take them, at least check the LD50s and do dosage calculations so you don't show up in the paper as "SOME KID TAKES BUNCH OF OTC MEDICATIONS LOOKING TO GET HIGH...DIES INSTEAD"
Why the hell are you smoking/taking Acetaminophen? That will not make you feel any highness. It is a mild analgesic with no stimulating or CNS affects. Don't waste your liver on tylenol save it for the good stuff....
By the way Ritalin is just the name brand for Methylphenidate which stimulates CNS activity similar to Adderall (amphetamine/dextroamphetamine...etc). Concerta is just a new extended release tablet form of Methylphenidate. 36 mg is a pretty strong dose second only to the 54 mg versions. The highness and pleasent feelings your experiencing are comming from the mix of alcohol and Concerta. The DXM would have made you feel good but not at that low of a strength. Usually no effects are felt under 120 mg. Pseudoephedrine might have a stimulating affect.
I think you will be fine... Just don't take that much Concerta its not good for your heart...

Ya know wut Nullific....ur VERY informational and i respect ya for that...yea I admit it was WAY SO stupid on my part to do all this shit god and I AM a big fan of and DO research drugs b4 I do them lol....I drank the alcohol first as I stated and I guess thats wut numbed my feelings about ODing...but something interesting I noticed as I am coming down now...every time I toke a hit or 3 of another equate pill I feel REALLY good...hmm maybe u can get somwhate "high" on them when SMOKED...btw... does anybody know if SMOKING pain killers injects as much acetemphine or w.e. as SWALLOWING them does???
If you feel anything from smoking these pills it is likely just placebo, smoking tylenol is dangerous. Aside from the acetaminophen the other inactives in the pills could very well contain materials that produce more toxins when smoked.

Acetaminophen is the same drug, mild analgestic as PD101 mentioned that is found in Tylenol, Equate pain killer and many other over the counter legal pain medications. This and Ibuprofen are used for the treatment of mild pain associate with head aches, muscle aches, minor arthritis...this is why they are legal because they can treat your minor pains without altering your conscienceness. This is also why they are not on Erowid because they are not psychoactives.
Dextromethorphan on the other hand most definately is though they denied it for quite some time. It is available over the counter other cough suppressants such as the opiates could fuck you up even more. Generally its found mixed with other drugs like acetaminophen or in horrible tasting syrups to deter abuse and its effects are not enjoyable for people such as me.
Still to find information on these drugs you can still search google or search posts on message boards such as bluelight.nu they are full of questions on every drug you could ever imagine trying to get high off.

ok i'm not exactly going to jump on your ass and down your throat as i expect some people to do here.....i just got a couple of questions...first what on earth possessed you to smoke pills....and is there even any pill out there that you have heard you can get high off of when smoked....and second why would you think you could get high off of tylenol? all it basicly is, is a blood thinner. i'm just wondering....i have a friend that was being a fucking idiot and put some crack in a pipe then dumped in a couple of nexium...and started smoking the shit...he does this type of stuff all the time and acts like he's high but i know better....and since all he ever tells me when i ask him why he would do such a thing is i don't know i would like for you to clear this up for me...plz?
Well ok I made it and I'm not doing that again lol but I have never been more high or stoned or fucked up w.e. I was in my entire life...and I feel buzzed today (the next morning). As for the pills to smoke while high yes, Vicodin. Idk, I was drunk and intoxicated and I for some reason or another decided to down them for the DXM even though they had other bad ingrideients in them :rolleyes: . But I swear every time I smoked the equate it lifted my high or stoned me for a few minutes...
