Okay check it.. I figured somethin to help others (mainly in the future, cus most of us are jus plain screwed at this point for this project to wrk): a general 'survey'of our smoking status. Of the main issues targeted in drug testing, one of highest concern is how long the THC will last in your system, and alot of people don't give all the real-juice information about their situations to get a real good idea of how long they have, or of how long to have greatly effective dilution.

I know there are links given throughout this sub-forum, but just to be concise with the other threads-- as many people just MIGHT NOT READ THOSE before stumbling upon this, I figured I'd put some of them in here for further reference.

I guess this thread would be a chain-thread, as its calling for a response from each viewer/member of this forum to fill out tha info form I made. This way, the experienced users can reply to the responses with more suitable accurate information. Alot of people get answered with unknowns (answers that are vaigue as hell, STILL leaving the question unanswered), and it sux- it feels like knowing you're about to crash ur car on the highway n theres nothing you can do! So hopefully this will help. Since i started this, I guess i'll be the first, and I hope I get a response and this project lifts off. If people support this, we could get this sticky'd and further improve this idea!!

How long should I expect it to take for me to get completely clean? How much clean would I be if cold turkey for 6 days? What if I did exercise 4 out of those 6 days? How well could I dilute? I hear b2 and cranberry juice, vinegar helps but MINIMALLY.. Should I take a daily complex/cocktail to help, or not even bother? I hear high fiber helps breakdown fat stored in the body, how well could this help?

Listen, first of all I'm glad you want some stats because I have to ask for them all the time but you complicated it. Height, weight (people can judge body fat % well from those two unless you are a bodybuilder), activity level, and a good smoking history (how much, how often, quality, how long).

Now either sub with clean urine or do more research.

Vinegar doesn't help at all, it isn't minimally it is none.

How long will it take you to get clean? 1 to 60 days. Most daily smokers take 30 days, some more some less because THC half-life ranges from 0.8
days to 10 days, depending on the person and lifestyle.

Fiber doesn't break down body fat, it helps your body get rid of THC metabolites in another way. I don't have time to explain it, just eat some soluble fiber if you really are going to dilute.

How well can you dilute? I don't know what you mean but the longer you are clean the better it works.

You are really too close to your test for exercise to help now.

lol well subbing is practically out of the picture.. what can a hardcore high-fiber diet and diaretics do for me?

This would be an example of how I would like someone to write it. "Hey, I have been a daily smoker for the last 5 years. I smoke about half a joint 3 times a day of some mids. I last smoked on June 20th and I was out for about 2 weeks in the middle of May. I'm 6' and weigh 180 and I have a desk job but I work out about 3 times a week." See how easy that was? :thumbsup:

cus i dont kno enough ppl (clean ppl) to help me out.. thats y subbing is out of the picture for me.. now what about this hardcore fiber diet? i figured i could binge hardcore on high fiber foods then use diarehtics to shit it out quickly lol while repeating the process... break it down, move it out asap, break down again...

They can choose however they wish to write it, i'm not forcing the idea down anyone's throats but ppl have a hard time payin attention til they see theres some set guideline for it or somethin. theres no guarantee they'll even listen to my idea. but please respond with what you kno about high fiber..

Because your guidelines are more confusing then the problem, if someone doesn't post the right info all I say is height, weight, activity level and smoking history. I don't use a bunch of little abbreviations that most people aren't going to take the trouble to look up. Almost all the answers to every question are already in this forum but people still don't bother to look them up so I know it isn't going to work. Nice try but it's futile. Besides you overcomplicated it with some of the things you asked.

To show you how no one looks up the answer or anything in this forum (they are usually in a panic and reason and logic go out the window), diuretics are useless and you still keep asking about them. They don't clean you out they only increase water in the urine. Then you keep saying subbing is out of the question but if your test isn't today then it is a possiblity. Have you not heard of synthetic urine? Quick Fix is by far the most popular and has a shelf life of 18 months. Get it from a head shop today or overnight shipping. High fiber helps but I don't have a percentage for you. I do have this percentage for you, substitution is 100% passing if you get the temp right which isn't that hard at all with a little practice. Dilution is not 100%.

but i didn't mean diurhetics, but diarhetics... you said Fiber doesn't break down body fat, it helps your body get rid of THC metabolites in another way. i also read off a site something pretty much to the same degree, so i figured goin hardcore on fiber would help extract the thc metabolites from the fat and i'd shit it out quick and easy, since urinating wont do much for me...

Do you mean laxatives or stool softeners? Diarhetics isn't a word and no one except those who are anorexic take laxatives to the point they have diarrhea. Watery stools aren't a good thing.

nor do i mean to overdose on laxatives, but to overdose on the fiber... more fiber would pull the metabangbangs faster (or not?), the lax would pull tha shitabangbangs faster (or not?).. the plan is to get rid of as much as possible before dilluting, cus thats all i can do with pissin my brains out.. workout would do the trick but that takes time which i dont have.. what do ya think??
