im thinking, get up at about 10. drinking like 12 ounces of water every half hour until 12. once im pissing clear, just take some b12. and at 1 ill piss midstream. so its practicly yellow water. home tests dont test for creatine so im good there. is there anything else i should know? i smoke every day for about 4 months, swag about a bowl every night.
You can just put bleach in a home test since there is no pH test on it, it will pass. I think its like 1 drop per 10cc or something, might wanna look it up.
bleach? what drop in bleach to make it pass? how does that work. and is that easier than diluting with water and taking b12
drink cranberry juice alot (it cleans your blood) and drink a shot of vinegar like every couple hours and drink water lots of it....you'll be cleaner then you ever where before

You want to piss at least once before you take the test.
Once you do you want to first piss into the toilet, then the midstream of your piss into the cup, then finish off into the toilet. The dirtiest sample of your piss is the first and last bit. I can't think of anything else atm... Except if you can't find b12, I think red bull has tons of it...
the mor eoyu piss the better but i can't make any promises on if drinking water alone is enough....

Thats what i would suggest, just get a lil baggy of some bleach in take it in with you. The only problem is if your parents are watching. So i would still suggest your first idea as a back up. Also I've heard that excercise is good, since THC is stored in fat.Quote:

Healthy, that is questionable. There was this popular drink called "jogging in a jug" that used to make claims from preventing diabetes to lowering cholesterol to helping with arthritis that was a combo of apple juice and vinegar. They had to remove these claims as they were unproven but I did forget some people do like to drink vinegar for health reasons. However, the amount most people recommend to pass a drug test, incorrectly I might add, is much more than most of the people are drinking for health reasons. I know several people who have gotten sick after trying the vinegar trick but you are right some people do drink vinegar regularly.Quote:

That way you dont have to worry about putting too much or too little, or it smelling funny or anything else.
At least that is what I would do if I was planning on sneaking stuff in to alter the test. If you are already having to hide things, why not hide somethign that is easy and promised to work.
