Smoking too much?

Something I've noticed, is that every time I smoke TOO MUCH (it's been 3 times so far), I get sick, throw up, feel that bad roller coaster feeling in my stomache, and come close to passing out every time..

Yesterday was a perfect example. We filled a dutch completely after emptying it out with some fine ass weed and between 7 of us, we puffed away. We all got blasted, but I got more than 'blasted'. I started getting a weird feeling, hurled into a garbage can for about 10 minutes, then lay on a couch in a fetal position waiting for that rollercoaster feeling to leave my stomache....I was sooo tired...when I had to go home I could literally barely walk...every 20 or so steps I had to stop to regain energy..

Does this happen to anyone else? It's not even like I smoked the whole quarter ounce or anything, I had maybe 4 hits from that thign? I know they're immense but damn..

Your smoking a blunt dude! Its not uncommon for kids to get sick 'n throw up their first few times smoking cigarettes, and since your inhaling on a tobacco leaf...well whaddya' expect?

Nah but some people do just get sick from weed for some reason, I suggest you find out if your actually one of those people though. Lay off the blunt 'n see what happens.

And considering you said you only had about 4 hits...I just don't see how you could whitey off that lil weed.

Yeah, you're right. Thing is I only smoked about 20 bucks worth that I know of. I guess it's possible to whitey off that little amount to some people? It's funny because I have this friend that can get really high off of like half of a nick, but it takes me at least the nick to get some somewhat decent high, but he smoked more off that gotti and didnt' feel any negative effect :-/

It's just your tolerance and your bodily state at the time.

Like when you've had nothing to eat for ages and 1 beer would get you drunk.

Best advice I can give is know your limits and you can only know them by taking it too far at least once. Everyone does it at some point.

Dude it wasn't a regular blunt, it was a gotti...no one actually rolled it...we emptied out all the tobacco, and filled the entire uncut leaf with weed. It was literally 120 bucks worth of high-grade weed...my dealer is a coworker and friend of mine so he hooked me up with the price....so it wasn't like a regular blunt that's like a centimeter in diameter, this thing was the size of the cigar..PACKED with weed.

And I'm 17 now..I've been smoking cigarettes regularly since I was 12, and I just quit a few months ago. I know how to smoke ciggarettes, lol. Same with weed...started at 13 and still do so now...and have been doing it daily for the past 3 or 4 months

i wish i could get that noobie feeling again, without the chucking up though lol

chill with the smoke man. the point isn't to get fucked up. although some people might disagree.
At least after getting all fucked up several times, i got over it.

like someone said, know your limits. that's it.

No you don't man, even without the throwing up, it's the equivelant of a bad trip...you wake up pretty much hung over too...it sucks.

The same shit happened to my bro last weekend man, sometimes weed blunts just have adverse effects on people. I've never had problems, but I've seen it happen.

Chances are you experienced a lack of oxygen to your bloodstream.

Smoking blunts like that are not good. They feel and sound good, but they are HORRIBLE for you and quite frankly you waste a lot of weed.

The thing is, the paper/tobacco leaf is so thick that it actually has the tendancy to dillute the THC as it reacts in your lungs. Therefor you don't actually get the chance to utilize your cannabis properly. Thus, you are wasting your shit...Oh also, the whole time the thing is burning you're wasting it as well. All that extra smoke going up off the tip of the lit end is wasted smoke...

Also, your lungs cannot absorb all the tobacco leaf content so it basically just starts blocking everything off. It's like taking the paper, melting it, then coating the inside of your lungs with it. This causes that "light headed" feeling.

Too much of this together and you have yourself a lack of oxygen situation that can have moderate to severe affects.

Considering you stated you smoked cigarettes since you were 12, I'd put my money on lack of oxygen to your bloodstream without question.

Try smoking a little less on the intense side.

For instance, I have myself a cheap little glass pipe. I'll pack a bowl, smoke it up real quick then take like a 5-10minute breather. Then if need be I'll pack another bowl and smoke it up. I usually get a MUCH more dramatic and satisfying high than I ever have from a blunt.

I don't smoke blunts so I don't know what "gotti" or "dutch" means or what the difference is, and you didn't mention it was "like 120 bucks worth of high grade weed" plus you said you had a bout 4 tokes.
