Why are some people rude?

I mean really, What makes one person be kind and considerant and another person aggressive and arrogant?

You wave at them and they turn up there noses.. The ones that cut u off on the highway while flipping u the bird. Just not nice people.

Like the other day my girlfriend invited me to a Kenny Chasney concert..I thought It would be funny to get really high and drunk before and wear a cowboys hat, Than random people start really attacking me.. Hey cowboys tough guy..wanna fight? Too the point where I had to take off the hat. Of course I didnt say a word and just acted like I didnt hear...But really what did I do? Why do they want to attack people they dont know?

I'm a nice person, I dont understand. Does this happen to other people here?

Not knowing a soul besides my girlfriend... I couldnt take on... 20+ drunkin grown men by myself. Plus I thought ignoring them would give me power. Which it did. :)

But really why are some people assholes?

If I react to their rude behavior, I just contribute to it myself. One has to choose their battles, and the little things are unimportant. Maybe the person who was rude found it fun, hoping to hurt someoneâ??s feelings. But Iâ??m the one who controls if my feelings are hurt or not.

for instance i work at a resturant and there are some regulars that come in and whenever a server gets them they are just like "shit, i got that motherfucker" or w/e...

ive been wondering why people have to be so rude, it doesnt help you get what you want, it just makes others not like you...
i for one, think its easier to be nice...

People are jerks when the economy sucks.

Theres always assholes like that though. You just have to roll your eyes at them. Or just call them an asshole right back haha

Some people are just assholes.

There are many possibilities as to how they got that way.

1. Daddy didn't hug them enough.

2. They can't land a girl under 400 lbs in bed.

3. They have a small wee-wee.

4. Their shoes are 2 sizes to small.

5. Or they may just be pissed at the government for taking half their paycheck.

Bottom line is a lot of people are simply assholes and don't deserve the time it takes to flip off or shout an expletive at them.

Mostly though, I think they are all over compensating for something...

I can be an asshole a lot, but I can be overly-nice a lot too. I think some people are just born to be assholes, but mostly everyone accumulates anger and stress until they take it out on someone. And that someone may be you, or someone you see. But eventually everyone reaches this point, some faster than others.

I hate when I'm an asshole to someone, it makes me feel SO guilty for some reason and that I have to make it my next goal in life to make it up to them. For me, I have to be nice to people because it just feels right, probably making up for the shit thats happened to me in my past and that I can't seem to let go of.

Its just mean to be rude, I couldn't be mean to someone like that, I can't. When I'm in a good mood, I don't let others get me down though becuase I know that they are over compensating for something but I will put them in their place when needed..

Usually rudeness comes from stupidity. Try and find and intellectual who is rude for no reason...true, they may lose their temper, but so do we all.

Dickheads will always be out there. We have to combat them by blowing them off and making them alienated and alone.
