It finally happened... I got rolled...

So today was officially the WORST day of my life.

My friend and I were gonna go rent some movies and on the way we stop off to blaze. We pull behind a shopping center there are NO CARS in the whole place and we are off to the side behind a corner so super set. We only packed it in a bubbler even though we had a bong in the car (my friend keeps it in there cause no other place) Anyway, we are listening to music, we each took two tokes, and my friend yells, FUCKING COPS, oh shit dude were done. And by that time the cop was already parked and literally stepping out of the vehicle. If I would have seen him coming I would have just ate the bud. But no time!

So the cop comes over to the car and is just like, so wheres the marijuana? (he smelt it) So we show him what we had (only had maybe .3 or .4g at all) Like literally 5 dollars or less worth of bud. They fucking patted us down and arrested us. They confiscated everything which was over 200 dollars worth of stuff with the bong, bubbler, and a little glass pipe. My friend got a court notice (because it was his car) and the cop was all hoping he would get DUI and shit, the cops were the worst cops i have ever met they were super mean and tried to do the most damage possible for less than 5 dollars of an illegal substance. Our eyes were white (because of clear eyes) and we are veterans so we just told them we didnt smoke any yet and they even believed us they still gave us this consequence. Because my friend and I are 17 they said we are minors but they said that in case anyone asks we have now been officially ARRESTED and its on our record as posession of marijuana.

Then they called my parents now they fucking know. They handled it different then I thought they arent for or against the herb, they just dont like it because its illegal, and I just got in legal troubles from it. (thats the only negative they have against it really)

But now Im restricted to my room till further notice. They also jacked my computer, im in the next room right now sneaking this so make sure you reply to this story. I cant believe this this is such a bust.

No dude it was all mine the bong was mine he was just keepin it in his car for a while the bub and pipe are mine too dude this is fucking gay, tho my friend has the court notice so he will probably get a fat amount to pay or community service or some bs.

The cops charged us like as hard as they could and we were super compliant and respectful to those fuckin pigs. I cant believe this...

honestly, i've seen alot of kids get rolled on, i've been rolled on, i have alot of friends that have been rolled on. all because they were sitting in a car smoking in an empty parkinglot. drive around and smoke, i dont know what you kids are thinking just sitting in a parking lot in a car. its looks very obvious and then people call the cops. cops know you are gonna hide your shit so they roll up all fast and catch you before you see them. so drive around and smoke or smoke at someones house.

Wow i had almost the exact same thing happen to me. Me and a buddy were parked in my car smoking a blunt and all of a sudden there is a knock on his window and a cop shining a flashlight in. We try to hide it but its obvious what we were doing so he pats us down and searches the car. Sucks cuz i had just picked up a quarter of some killer bud and he took it. Also my buddy had a pipe in his pocket so he got possesion of paraphenilia and since there was a half smoked bowl in it the pig also gave him possesion of marijauana. We each got 50 hours of community service not bad and its not on our records. I still have the citation hanging on my wall too.

I never park and smoke anywhere now, keep moving or at someones house always.

I live in Orange County (so cal) and yeah the cops were totally against it though. I asked em what punishment we could probably get at court (this is after everything was over right before we left) and he said they might send us to a class where we get to learn about all the evils of marijuana, me and my friend started laughing.

Stupid cops bet they never tried it once. They believe all that propaganda bs.

Oh just to let you guys know if anyone is curious. The next day my girlfriend broke up with me so this summer she could get drunk and hook up with guys. She literally told me that too. Good times. =/

Same thing sorta happened to me. That's why when I'm out I never have anything more than a blunt on me so I can either run and toss it or just get rid of it real quick. But then again, marijuana is illegal so even on the streets you wanna be careful with that. It's unfair but if you want to stay free and safe from officer dick then you might wanna be more secretive about your smoking location next time. I never smoke outdoors anymore unless I know the coast is totally clear and it's always some where that people don't usually just come around normally. I don't care if some regular ol' people see me, they'll have to call the cops on my ass first and by that time I'll probably be gone lol.

Yeah that really sucks man. From everything I've heard the Cali cops seem to be pretty cool. But I think I'm gonna have to use this one as a lesson and I don't think I'm gonna smoke in cars in parking lots anymore. Couldn't count how many times I've done this.

I don't like smoking in an empty parking lot. I smoke in a car park with a few other cars, and I just hide myself behind one of the other parked cars and chill. However, nowadays I don't smoke and drive, hence I usually just go for a walk and smoke. Seems like its a lot easier here in the UK to get away with this sort of stuff. Laterz.

However I have a very similar story of naivity. A friend and I were smoking round the back of a rental store in my car at about 1am. We were having a good time until the police pull in. We were scared. We'd been hotboxing the car so they could smell it easily.

We said all we had was a spliff that we'd smoked, but I had more under the car seat. So they asked us to get out, gave us a search, and did the various checks for my car over the radio. Then the guy started searching the car and found the tin with weed, rizlas, cigarettes and such, think there was about an eighth.

They confiscated the tin and that was that. I don't think it was even a caution. I was asking questions to the cops at the time and they said nobody would be able to find out (school, home etc), so we were basically in the clear, as long as we didn't re-offend in the next two months I think they said.

They even let me drive off home stoned.

Big difference, from your flag it doesn't seem like you live in America. Hell from the story it doesn't sound like you live in America. Big difference. Just that alone makes me jealous. They treat marijuana like it's actually satans crop. Fuckin bitches.

My buddy and I got busted while we were smoking in a church parking lot at 3 am. I know, inconceivably stupid. I was 17 so they just took me home and told my 'rents. It's always better to smoke while driving or if you really want to park, do it in a wal mart parking lot or something. cameras can't pick it up on the inside of a car. Another good place, the parking lot of a hotel. You'll never stand out in a sea of cars. just keep your stuff low.

From now on, the good things that happen will be doubly relishable because you knew the bitterness of your current frustrations. getting rolled here also means getting robbed. sorry about your incident, but if you havnt plead yet, in my state you can plea( i dont know the name, its like 70 4 11 or something) ask your lawyer he should know in your area. its less than a misdemenor and wont be on your record unless you get busted again within the next 2 years or have been busted before. you cant use this plea twice. and you will be on probation.

Damn, those cops sound like total dicks. Luckily I haven't been caught by the cops though. If you want to smoke in a parking lot got to one thats packed or has lots of cars in it. That way you won't look so out of the ordinary as the lone car in the lot. And for the record, I live in the states and have never ever heard the term "get rolled on" to mean get busted by the cops. In fact, i have never heard the phrase get rolled on until this thread. Good luck dude. Hopefully you won't be in too much trouble.

Man I feel for you but on that note I dont for simple reasons. Man get good smokeing spots if you dont blaze up at a house, Go out to some woods or something(parks arent good some states you get a bigger fine if your 1000 feet from a park) Dont smoke while driving ive got 2 dui's, I thought Id cruz forever blazen a blunt but found out how unlucky I got even with my perfect driving. I used to pull off my eletric window and lock panel on my 03 grand am and hide all my shit in there, Cops searched my car one time and I had 4 pills in there and they never thaught bout rippen my panels off. Some cars you really have no place to hide shit so glove box it and go to a spot man. Keep safe.
