You guys do realize that just because more options were to open up as far as a more detailed profile is concerned... that doesnt mean you actually have to put details in there... you can leave it just as blank, boring and bare as they are now if you desire to remain relatively anonymous.

well yeah, but for the people who do fill out some profile info, we would potentially be able to know just a bit more, and could get to know our fellow stoners a bit better :) just a thought. personally, it doesn't matter one way or the other to me. if it happens, it happens. if it doesn't, that's ok too.

LOL...all I can say around here these days is Never say Never. There are always improvements being made with additional features and something on this order wouldn't suprise me at all!

What exactly is this site, then? I know it's damn well not a cooking site and yet lo and behold, we have a recipe section. It definately nothing to do with music but shit, there's a music section... Now I'm all confused.
Point is, this a community site. The more features that we have to improve the community the better it is for all of us. If a handful of people will enjoy this feature then it will be a positive step for the site. If it attracts a handful more people than usual, even better!

Like, rather than having the forum and members list viewable to anyone who comes across the site, make it private for members only, so you would have to log in to get personal information reguarding the people who post here. The fact that my profile is viewable to anyone who stumbles across this site makes me uncomfortable, and which is why i have no personal information in mine right now.
