Bud hangover solutions ???

I've been feel so burnt out lately. Every morning I wake up in the haze with a really bad headache for the whole day. It doesn't goes away no matter how many asprins I take, and I'm falling asleep in the office.

I've been a regular smoker on and off for 10 years, and the last 2 years, I've pretty much been smoking at least 2-3 joints every night, still aceing my studies and suceeding at work. I've had similar problems before but at a lesser degree and it goes away. This time, it doesn't!!

So, apart from telling me to stop, like in all the suggestions in other related threads, any good advise?????

Well since you have been smoking for 10 years with no problems, I would look at other problems first. I've gotten bud hangovers before but I really have to smoke a lot the day before (and I mean A LOT). I would look into the possibility that it could be an allergy or something else.

My first guess, is to see a chiropractor.

If your spine is not properly aligned, you can have similar things happen, and most pain killers wont help the pain go away much at all.

I know alot of people think that chiro's are quacks or whatever, but if you cant find any other answer, Id look/ask around, find a good reputable chiro, and give them a visit.

Lord knows I feel 100x better when my back is out and I get back from the chiro.

Get a good healthy coke habit.

i know you cant talk about other drugs here...but..if your feeling tired and lifeless and burnt out...then fucking take an adderall...that shit'll wake you up and make you more focused..trust me.. But then again it'd be hard to get unless you knew someone or had a perscription...ehh....forget i even said ne of that...it'll prolly just get me in trouble lol

Thanks guys, I've tried all kinds of drink, coffee, water, coke, red bull... doesn' work. But guess what, I did the microwave for 30 sec thing that's been discussing in other threads -> "higher" at nite, and less headache in the mornings :thumbsup:
I'll try again for a few more days.

Try smoking less perhaps?

I usually just eat something like strawberries or some good fruit like that. It works even with booze hangovers only to a lesser degree. But a nice tall glass of orange juice is fuckiing mint too.
