ok i got a quesiton and i know that i tis kinda impossible to answer but just try to give the best round about answers you can.....
ok first of all how long does it take for a plant tkae from seed to harvest....second...about how much bud (by dry weight) should i expect given i take proper care of the plant? and how long before i should change the light cycle? i have been doing it on 12/12 (cuz this is my first serious attempt and i didn't know any better) but now i'm keeping it under 24 hour light .....

Another website with good information is Overgrow . It has alot of info, go to the grow faq.

i've been reading....mainly on overgrow.com or something like that....but still haven't found an answer.....they just say that it all depends on this and that and so on......and i'm not looking for an exact answer just a round about answer...

Yo Slip.. I think what these guys/gals are telling you is that... you should just get a book and read it.. really.. you will learn so much... I will pretend that I know some answers and give you what you want .. but don't get mad when I'm wrong.... 'cause they already told you to look in a book.. : )

1. see to harvest... plant seed.. water seed.. seed grows under 18-24 hour light for 5-20 weeks then light cycle is switched to 12/12 and then 7-10 weeks later you harvest ... then you dry for 1-3 weeks.... total from seed to joint is 13-33 weeks. this all depends on how big you want your plants... and if they don;t get sick.. blah blah blah

2. You can expect 1/8 ounce to 10lbs of bud... yep I SAID IT... 1/8 ounce to 10lbs..
If you are growing outside and you're name is hemheadjack expect 10lbs if you're growing inside and your name is slipknotpsycho, expect 1/4 ounce...hhahahha
no just joking... sorry that was just a bad joke.. anyway... weight depends on two main factors size of plant and light.... other factors are... strain (what kind of bud), health of plant, nutrient levels, type of pruning etc..

i have pics on my comp....but i can't get them very clear....my digicam is a 30 dollar POS these are about the clearest one yet...i'll try to get some better one's soon.....

oh also is this about average for 1 month of growing?

Thats pretty small for one month of growing. What kind of lights are you using? My plants are a little over a week old, almost 2 weeks now and they are that big and have more leaves. I am only using four 18' "Plant and Aquarium" Fluros from Lowes(department store). I also have my lights on 24/7 tho, so that may be why.

i'm using just a regular aquarium light i believe is 18 inches and at first i was giving them 12/ 12 light.....then i found out that's not the right light cycle and three weeks into their growing....now i have them on 24/7 and will that harm the plant in any way? it seems healthy...it stands on it's own with no help....at first it was sagging and leaning real bad but after i got it on 24 hour light it got the point where it stands up on it's own. how long will the 18 inch light be ok to use? i don't have any money righ tnow and no way to get any to get bigger floro's.....and i cannot afford no HPS lights

This might sound crazy but I think I have an idea for you... I think you need to love this plant for 3 more months... do everything in your power to make sure it lives.. and then plant it outside... I am not sure what a regular aquarium light is... but I'd bet you can't get any buds off it...sorry : ( hmmm..

fyi- sometimes switching a plant from 12/12 back to 18 can really jack it up.. it will be a hermy.... meaning it will be both male and female... not that this WILL happen to you, but it could...

lol....well i can't plant it outside around here.....there is just no way in hell....i'm going to get bigger lights.....a double 4 footer...and i just planted some more so i guess i can do things right on them this time....or atleast try. and all the reg aquarium light is, is a 18 inch uv light....(the same thing as a grow light) it just has the decorative top parts instead of looking like shop floro's and it's alot shorter...

oh also....i wish i could take a picture of it but it's so small...i looked up how to tell if it's male or female and i'm almost damn sure i see pistil things..and not the balls....they are pear shaped but come to a pont.

These plants were seeds 1 month and 3 days ago :) Proper care and lighting is essential, get some flousescent lights maybe $20 for bulbs and ballast and grow like the guy in this article. http://weedfarmer.com/growing_mariju..._fluoresce.htm

yes from seed. 1 month, 4 days ago, Skunk #1. Yes, homemade hydro, DWC useing technaflora nutes at +/- 300 ppm with thrive alive B1 red and epsom salts. they are 9"-10" tall.
