"Only when you're high"...moments

Does anyone else here get those "only when you're high" moments? These are the moments when you're high and you see something happening, but you're not sure it's really happening because you're high.

My buddy and I get them at least once every other time we get high.

These moments can range from everything and anything. I remember one time we were high and we can to a complete stop at an intersection and both my buddy and I turned towards the drivers side of our car only to see an old lady holding a crucifix (religious cross) to her forehead and looked praying in her car at the intersection while she was on the driver's seat.....that was a creepy "only when you're high" moment. Both my buddy and I were trippin out. We both looked at each other and were asking each other "did you just see that?"......

We've had so many "only when you're high" moments, that it's now a frequent thing and everytime we get these moments, we always call it out....we simply say..."Look, an only when you're high moment!"

He called it out yesterday when we came to an intersection and notice two intersection lights were screwed up. One was hanging upside down and the other was wraped like a candy cane around the intersection pole...both lights were smashed and dented. We were high and wondering how the heck that could've happened.

Nah, I'm never so high that I can't decide if something is reality or not, however I would like to be able to get this high :D

Dude for real I hear ya. Ive had many but also cant remember half of 'em cause I was so baked I just... well don't remember.

I've only seen 2 shooting stars in my life, but both times ive seen them ive been stoned. I'm actually unsure as to whether ive seen any. It's one of those things thats over so quick so you're really unsure.

I've seen the dumbest shit when I'm high. Once I saw a guy running past in a penis costume getting chased by the school security guards. Funny shit, I swear the weirdest things only happen when you're baked.

My friends alarm clock kept going off yesterday when we were smoking AK, but the thing was broken. There were no batteries in it, it wasnt plugged in....it never made a sound when we were sober...

One time we say a truck like drive over two other cars.. Wtf :stoned:
Does anyone else notice that weird, out of the ordinary stuff happens when your stoned...

yeah i seem to see shooting stars a little more often than anything

one time me n like 6 friends were baked outta our minds and were walking to this diner called frans and the sidewalk we were walking on had one of those contstruction bridge things over it, and so we were walking in a single file, one following tghe other. I was 2nd in line and was looking down at the floor, following my friends feet, and like 20 seconds later, we end up walking in the middle of the road against traffic n were like, WTF?!?!? how the fuck?!?!

the same night, while heading home from frans we were just walking n then i turned my head to the left, at this old lady with a blanket or cape wrapped around her, and all of a sudden she starts laughing like a witch, opens her cape, exposing her clothes, n said somethin...i dont even remember, but FUCK it was soooo trippy. I FREAKED out n was like WHAT.THE.FUCK?!?! DID THAT JUST HAPPEN!?!?

ok i've got one. my collage has these mass visitation day and one day my buddies and i had just got done smoking a fat like 4 gram blunt at this bridge on campus. When we got back to the dorms there was a whole family of little people running around tring to keep up with the rest of the group. It was so so funny

driving back from a food run one day, my friend and I happened to notice some goings on at a church on the side of the road. There was a flat trailer that had been dragged out next to the road and and a cross hoisted atop it. Attached to this cross appeared to be whatever "true believer" felt themselves worthy of being jesus, complete with crown of thorns and fake blood.

At the moment we drove by, there happened to be a rather overweight, affluent looking white individual playing the part of Jesus. This creepy looking psudo-savior then locked his attention onto my car and apparently delivered a piercing stare into the very soul of my passenger. My passenger was a tough kid, no doubt about it. A fairly skinny kid, I'd seen him take out much larger opponents in fights so badly that he would be calling out the punches by the end.

The reason I mention this is simple. The moment after locking eyes with Bubba Jesus my friend began screaming in a pitch higher than most little girls. I swear, it took almost half a mile of road in between us and the imposter before I could get him to quiet down.

To this day I don't know what caused it. Perhaps the multiple bowls from the Goldschlager bong smoked earlier. Maybe he just overreacted. Whatever the reason, I still laugh about it to this day.

hahaha. alright, this shit is just geeking me out.

I have these experiences all the time, but I can't think of many off the top of my head...i just may be to ripped at the moment. Hmm...the craziest shit always seems to happen when you're high and watching/attending sports games. Like I remember a particular time where I had JUST gotten home after smoking like mad, and my brother was watching the game (brewers v cardinals I think) The second I sit down JJ hits a fucking grand slam and I'm just freaking out like "HOLY SHIT did that shit just happen?!"

ahh, good times.

Not really a huge stoner moment, but me and my girl were blazing in our loft that was undergoing a conversion last week. It had been raining all weekend and we were just smoking up doing a jigsaw puzzle when my stomach growled from hunger. I had a light thought "Ah, thats embarassing, I hope she didn't hear that". I look up and her face was like a cats when it's falling of a bed. "Thunder! Did you hear that thunder? Shit, I hate thunder. We're going to get lightning too, oh my god. I can't stand lightning. What should we do?"

I let it go on for about 5-10 minutes before I told her. Was funny as hell. Another time back in the day I remember hearing what sounded like a plane engine in my kitchen getting louder and louder. I was completely blitzed and sidling up against the wall wondering what to do, the sound was intense. Two words. Dishwasher.

heh I got a funny story but already got a forum infraction for telling it, lets just say it has to do with a chicken and shrooms

Only when I'm stoned do I eat cut up strawberrys with lemon juice sugar in popcorn. MMMM Tryed it when I was sober and it was nasty as hell, but when I'm reall baked I love it!

last weekend we were driving around smoking some blunts and i cant remember why but right after we got on the freeway some dude in a pickup truck was bugging the shit out of us, i think he was cutting us off or something but it ended up with all of us giving him the bird. than he pulls up and we notice hes got a little 9 or 10 year old kid in shotgun with him so we all just kinda look away or whatever.
he rolls down his window and yells in the highest pitched, weirdest voice ive ever heard
"HEY DID YOU FLIP ME OFF A HOLE!" and he sounded like a giddy 12 year old (which was strange since this guy was probably 6 foot and looked pretty average) who was about to poo his pants from excitement from saying "a hole" for the first time. "WELL FUCK YOU" and than he flipped us off and was grinning and smiling and he seemed so excited as if he was really being such a horrible rebel.
than his kid starts like hopping all over, antsy as hell and shiftily gives us the middle finger for a second and puts it away scared. they both keep saying fuck you and blah blah blah in girly excited voices. i dunno it was so weird we all just started laughing and than they started laughing and we were just driving next to eachother laughing hysterically.

That's typically what I tend to do when I get really fucking stoned. I can't do anything because I always over-analyse everything. It's a debilitating thing.

Man i wonder why crazy shit happens when your high?

One time i was with some friends walking around and on our walk we say a LOT of people that we knew.. It was weird because most of them we hadnt seen for years and they had moved away. They just all happened to be in the same place at the same time..:stoned:

When I'm high is the only time I ever feel high.

lol there wasnt anyone to call it out but ive only does this while high...i was in the shower and after just standing there for like 10 minutes cuz the water felt so good lol, i grabbed the bottle of soap and put some in my hair...lol i was quick to realize that it was BODY wash and not shampoo...welll i rinsed it out and decided to start over...i reached for the bottle of shampoo, put it in my hair, and looked down- i had grabbed the body wash AGAIN...needless to say i threw the bottle out of the shower so there was no way i grabbed it a third time...i actually did it again like 3 days later but just once..ive since switched back to bar soap

I fucking love when that happens I think I saw likea police roadblock one time. i think i was hallucinating actually, but i almost had a heart attack

they have road blocks every were in LA on the weeknds.. i remember one time i didnt have my license and i was driving twords one hit the first road to the open the drivers door jumped into the passenger seat, and the driver open the trunk like she forgot something, the cop followed us got out and was like was she driving we just told him he didnt know what he was talking about he said sorry its been along day lmao so funny. we were also stoned lol

also i was with a group of girls and we were all going to the block in Anaheim, we all got plastered it took us about 7 times longer to get their because we kept stopping and changing drivers everyone was freakinng out like OMG YOU CANT DRIVE i was just sitting in the back laughing at everyone like so stupid. lol.. and the person who did drive the worse was sober sad lmao... then one of the girls it was her first time and the whole time we are walking around she must have assked us a million times if she looked stoned and she was loud as hell.. lmao i wanted to sock her.. on our way home we were walking past a stroller in the middle of the road and everyone said DONT HIT IT, we were still stoned, smoked more in the car.. she drove off and we all heard something weird with the car so we stopped and someone got out pulled the damn stroller up from under OMG this bitch was lame, shes was the same one saying AM I HIGH i DONT FEEL HIGH, I DONT THINK IM HIGH, I DONT LOOK HIGH DO I, OMG.. enough to drive a stoner crazy...
