My dealer just got this herb in I guess its suppose to be dank its called Catmint never heard of it and he said it will fuck me up but he said it will cost me 20 bucks for 2 bowls i mean wtf a ten sack here is 2 bowls so should I get it? is it really as dank as he said?

Catnip is a member of the mint family. Some folks claim it can get you mildly high/tranquilized. It has been used as a calming tea by herbalists. It is NOT from male cannabis plants. (Incidentally, smoking male plants CAN get you buzzed, but only about half what their sisters will do to you. Yes, I've smoked males! And yes, they got me buzzed.) And I still think your dealer is trying to pull a fast one!
I agree with Storm Crow. It's probably catnip. I buy catnip for my cats. It looks very much like dried and crumbled cannabis. It costs me $5 for an ounce, which is probably a lot, but hey, my cats like quality as well.
My guess is he wants to pack the bowl so you wouldn't be able to tell it isn't cannabis, which would be very hard once it is packed. Don't buy it.

Ten bucks a bowl, fuck that. I've smoked dank my whole smoking career and I buy dank for 50 bucks an eigth, sometimes I'll pay 60 but im pissed about it. All i can say is that shit had better sparkle in the fucking dark for him to ask for ten bucks a bowl!
