Want whiter teeth without the enamel damage?

And in only 14 days!? Well I have found the answer sisters! Yeah its called Crest Night Effects Gel. (Picture below). Its this gel that you put on your teeth before you sleep and you hold your mouth open for 30 seconds while the gel gets...well harder. It's not in the way or anything, though you can only drink water afterward. Then you sleep and when you wake up you brush it off. Well you only do it for 14 days but its day 9 for me and my teeth are already 2 shades whiter! And a huge bonus, it doesn't hurt your enamel! Says so on the box AND the effects lasts for 6 months! Its my fave thing right now and its cheap, like 12 bucks at walmart!

Thanks, reb. I'm gonna have to try it. I smoke cigarettes (have for too long!) and am a coffee drinker, so my teeth are definitely lookin' a lil icky.

Well my teeth are white but im so afraid that weed will make the look yellow that I take premptive action! haha

I've often wondered if those things worked but I didnt want to spend the money to find out for myself. Does it taste bad or anything? I don't smoke cigs or drink coffee but my teeth aren't as white as I'd like them to be. I might have to try this stuff out

Awsome I think I'm gonna try it, I have white teeth from the whitening strips but I dind't like them coz they kind of hurt my teeth after a little while, I hope these don't coz it's time I get them whiter.

well uh, this is in the womens section.
i smoke (tobacco products and weed), and drink coffee (every morning, 2+ cups) so my teeth definitely need this.

Rebgirl--gonna try it. Have wanted something and fear enamel damage, what I have left anyway! 2 shades is significant. That would give me Moon ie teeth!

have always had very white teeth until taking a lot of steroids and meds. They wreck your teeth.

I respect your skill and will do this, because I've been wanting to.

I use flouride at night in the same fashion, so am use to process!

Never smoke, just toke!

i'm not sure i would trust that it doesn't damage enamal just because it says so on the box...
