WHITEEEEEEEEEE
American. Caucasian. And, sadly, I just learned from the DNA testing I had done that I'm of 100% Indo-European genetic descent, specifically Northern European. I very badly wanted to have at least a small percentage of sub-Saharan African blood. American Indian. Something more interesting than English, Welsh and French.
I liked Oneironaut's answer to a similar question to this not long ago, which I'm probably paraphrasing inaccurately: "As a member of the human race, I trace my heritage to the continent of Africa." He's right. That's where we all came from originally.
100% Indo-European - I had my genes tested also.
Scottish, German and Native American.
English, Irish, English, Scottish. Also 100% Indo-European, Northern European.
100% Disney.
Cherokee Indian, btw. There are almost 600 Native American tribes recognized by the federal government.
Korean
100% spanish (white)

I thought I was Norwegian/German but according to all these SPAM e-mails about dead relatives in Africa it makes me wonder. lol

I had the basic tests done at Family Tree DNA, but it depends on the type of test because I believe that they dropped the DNA Print test, which was called "Personal Anthropology Test". This is the one that is referred to in my posting, and it shows the percentages of Native American, Indo-European, Asian, or African genetic material. This company has a DNA Print test:Quote:

If you're a male, there are tests for Y-DNA - which is the paternal line back thousands of years. For either men or women, there are matrilineal tests for mtDNA, which traces your straight-female line back to antiquity. Ongoing research projects for various halpogroups are showing migration paths, and other interesting information about our ancestry. Once you've completed the simple tests at these companies, and they have your sample stored in their lab(s), you can upgrade to more refined tests.
There are other tests available, for paternity and sibling relationships as well.
