Jack's in a lot of pain, I don't think you want to have a part of that. But if you mean to be a cool, generous person with great grow abilities...yah, I can understand wanting to be like that.

to all,,,,,,i had to go through hell to be in heavean,,i suffer alot of pain,,,i dont wish this on anyone,,,,i am sure there are others that suffer as well as i,,,,granted ,,maybe not as much,,,but pain is a bitch,,,,it takes me hrs to get up and out of bed,,,i have to adjust my hole body to get around,,every time i move my body breaks and cracks ,,,but,,,i live it ,,i love life now,,,i have things to look forward to,,so i take the pain well,,,hell ,,ive been in pain for over 4 yrs,,,,pop so many pills,,i cant even take a shit without having to take a pill to take a pill to take a shit,,,i smoke so much pot to ease everything ,i dont get high,it just helps me ease the pain and go on,,,,thats no shit,,,,,,,,, so ,,with that,,,,fare well to all,,,,Jack

Jack, I do understand (to some extent) what you're talking about. I find my tolerance growing now that I've smoked for a while. I see life's far from perfect, I also see that you are a good soul, and just how happy you were in the pictures of you with your family, your beuatiful grandson. If someone wants to be like you, then they will have to be kind, forgiving, sharing, a talented gardener and just a little bit silly (hehe). I agree that everyone should be themselves, but It's also nice to see that some appreciate the knowledge you share, and your joy for life.

You will find, Koshea, that after a while of continous smoking of the herb, you no longer feel high - instead, you reach a kind of plateau.
As with all things, the human body becomes 'immune' to the pscyological effects of any drug - take a look at alcoholism.

Pain is the body's natural defense mechanism that deters us from hurting ourselves further - hence the saying that pain is a state of mind....but you can only fool your mind for so long, which is why I suspect that HHJ has to use more and more cannabis to acheive the same pain relief.

Sure, on the face of it, HHJ may seem to live the 'perfect life' (ie, copious amounts of legally grown weed) - but I'm willing to bet that he would gladly forsake his need for the herb, in return for a life without pain and suffering :)

i agree with you there resinate, i use to drink beer every day.some days i could drink a case of beer. then i quit, well lets just say i stopped for a while. after a long break from the alcohol, i bought me a 12 pack and got totally drunk from about 7 beers. this too will work with weed as long as your not in any pain like jack.

I understand where Jack is coming from. The same thing happens with painkillers. When you are in a lot of pain they get rid of it, but if you aren't in a lot of pain they get you high and silly. For anyone who is not in pain there is absolutely no reason you shouldn't be getting high from marijuana. Obviously tolerance goes up, but switching strains really slows that down. I believe anyone who isn't in pain could smoke marijuana every day of their lives and get just as high as the day before.

Y'all need my strain 'cos if I smoke now, I'm high. If I smoke in 5 minutes after that, I'm higher. If I smoke 5 minutes after that, I'm higher. I do not know any other kind that gets you high irrespective of duration or frequency of use. Y2K...God bless Y2K! And, by the way, I'm glad that fellow growers are people like HHJ!!! ;)

I would say I do need it. No since living in denial. My bud probably won't do for everyone what it does for me - thank God it's mine! But I don't bet on anything, ever, HHJ, thanks. And it is somewhat surprising to hear a knowledgable grower dismissing strain selection when quality seeds of known origin are available. ??? Also, I do always enjoy my weed, always, every time that it gets me SO high. Needing it more than you might be debatable, but who really cares? I just wanted to share MY opinion in my last post, k? one more thing,,this came from a dirt seed,,not bad looking for DIRT SEED,,i have new seeds again and better weed as well,,and next harvest will be better,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,from these seeds,,,,thats my knowelage,,or however it is spelled...,,,,these seed will now give me a bountifull harvest and better pot,,,,,,one more thing,,i hate to brag sometimes,,so i will now,,,i have people come over to me and have me test there med weed so they can get a approvel on selling to the clubs,,i dont care where they sell it to which club,,all that matters is if i like it and it feels great,,as in looks,dense,smell,,even taste,,then they procceed to apply to sell at clubs,,then goes a long process,,cuz,if i like it,,they buy it,,,,,,,,,as in clubs only(legal med pot clubs),,,,,i am also in process for a nother taste for med weed,,one is trying to open in fresno area,,they have asked me to be a tester,,and if i dont like it,,they dont sell it,,,but there are many like me,,i am only one in a 100 or so im sure,,,,,,,,,Jack
