Before you jog, please rub your nipples with petroleum jelly as to reduce friction from moist clothes rubbing on your sensitive nipples.

Ganj there is a fix for this.
1. Wear much tighter shirts when you go running, so there is less rubbing. Like under-armour tight, and smoother.
2. If you INSIST on baggy tshirts, option 2 is band-aids when you jog. hahahaha and then I will laugh at you.
3. Bag balm, the shit they put on cow tits when they get chafed from milking. They sell it at farmers supplys.

but am i the only one thats never had this or ehard of this happening before? i dont know about you guys....but when i run my nipples are reasonably stationary. but maybe thats cuase im a skinny bitch(6' 2" 140lbs, waist is a 27"....envy me ladies)
Actually, I have never heard of this happening either. And I'm not skinny either (Not fat, 6' 215 lbs. pretty average). I've gone jogging before but never had this become a problem... sounds harsh though
You could just try jogging topless or cut little holes in your tshirt so they poke through, have your plastic surgeon remove your nipples or better still give up jogging and take up something safer like flower pressing:)

Electrical tape usual isnt that sticky, so it shouldnt hurt. Although i wouldnt put any tape on, im too hairy. It'd hurt like fuck. I had to shave my leg when i burnt it so i could tape it up - it hurt too much trying to take the stuff off with hair - and it looked like a wig afterwards.
