This is going to be a long one, and forgive the quality of the pics, my digi is only like a 1.3 mp... lol...
Okay first some REALLY old stuff, some pen-and-ink drawings from back in the day when I was a teenager, before I had status and before I had a pager...
First bunch are mainly Sharpie

Some of your ink, and most of your water color work is my favorite. Water color is very difficult, but you've shown some major skill in using it.

Your camera isn't the problem.
May I give you some tips for taking better pics?

Most photos on the web are only 72 dpi, and they can look just fine. Not super fine, but fine enough.
Your problem is not the resolution of the camera. It's the lighting, and the fact that your camera doesn't focus well close up.
Try re-shooting the pix in daylight. Non direct is best (cloudy day, or hang a white sheet between your art and the sun).
And don't try to fill the frame with your art. Back off a little bit so your camera can focus better, and crop the photo later. It'll look much better.
Good luck!

I remember once in art class drawing using a quill pen and lines? Do you know what I'm talking about Stinky....lines and spacess.. (nothing like this stuff).....you do have quite the talent....I know....I've tried it. All I could ever draw is horses turning their heads (couldn't get the necks right) and NO FEET in my drawings. I do NOT do feet. :wtf:
But you do I notice....and very nicely.
