Legal trouble any help pleaseeee

Okay got some legal problems.
Here is an insight on the story.
My stepdad and my mother are divorcing. My mom told me to not bring kids in the house and I did and we ended up smoking some greens. The thing is that day my stepdad cought me and told me everything is chill now he fucking tells me a become a penut and testify in court or I got and talk to a narcotic police. What the fuck do I do iam freaking out. He has no proof and has found no pieces or weed. Just a statement. But I am gonna have to explain. And he did record everything on tape when we talked. But I didnâ??t say anything incriminating. What do I do guys? Please help and quitting because of this bullshit.

By the way what he is gonna try to do is put a restraining order on me so my lil sis cant be around me. And my mom is gonna get 57% custody so they might take her away from my mom. So someone tell me whether I do what my stepdad told me to do or should I do something to protect myself?

Oh and also I have this huge scholarship and if any evidence of drugs is found they would take it awayâ?¦so fuckkkkk

yes nomorebud7 i was thinking about that. but see in this circumstances not only will i get fucked so would my mom. because he would make me get a test and then they'll say iam an addict. and to make it worse iam fucking 18. umm if he really recorded taht it kinda sounds like blackmail to me... (thats illegal by the way) remind him of that and remind him that as an illegal act u can then sue him for all he's worth and his scummy ass will have to start over again...

what are youw orried about? if he has no evidence and the tape had nothing incriminating thenw hat are you stressing over? tell him to go fuck himself, and dont' talk to him anymore... anytime he tries say "i plead the fifth" or "get the fuck outta my face"....

no proof = no harm, period....

Leave all of your weed and pipes at another person's house, go into court and be honest. Tell them that he is blackmailing you because he caught you smoking pot. You wont get in trouble for admitting to smoking pot in court. If you dont have anything on you, they got nothing. Either tell your stepdad to fuck himself or go into court and get him fucked when he thinks that you're trying to help him.

But yes iama deny everything because he made a big mistake that day and that was to not call the cops on me so iam just gonna tell him iam not talking to no popo and iam not going to court u can't do shit bitch...why do peeps gotta bag so much on the herb.

now i wont be able to smoke till a couple months...fuck.

are you on probation/parole? if not, a drug test is 100% unlikely.....

you can't just be tested cuz someone says your using... (with the minimal exception you have a child in your custody and the child's saftey is in question)

.... stop worrying... smoke a joint, and smile.. you're in the clear.

The thing is there is a child in danger accoarding to my stepdad its my lil' sis. so most likely they will test me...know what i mean. but that still is not prove that i blazed with my homies that day. So iam cleared of one thing but not sure about that other. Fuck.

a child in danger, and a child in danger IN YOUR CUSTODY is two way diffrent things....

don't you think by now if they could just drug test you at random cuz so and so says you do such and such drug, that most every last one of us would be in jail? we've all had that bitch (and sometimes even wrongfully so) that claims up and down we're good for nothing druggies even tho they have no damn evidence....
