So, is carrie gonna leave doug?
This is new to me. Is this from the newest eps? I ususally catch the reruns and have seen about all of them.
If Dougs lucky she will . LOL
I think Carrie just needs it real , real hard in the rear -n- be brought down a step or two . If that was my old lady I'd be locked up for agrav. aslt , or D / V or some crazy shit . Carrie needs her ass beat !!!

Yes this was from the episode from monday, If you want a recap ask but if you don't then I dont wanna ruin it for you. Anyways crispi yeah wtf has been with carrie these past seasons she's been a total bitch and she's a cow now. The whole point of the show was that doug had this hot loving wife and now she's become neither. Compare her to the pilot and it's like a whole different person.
Also, what's with the change in the set? Do they have a backyard anymore? They also don't show the garage anymore.
wtf? i stop watching the show for a few weeks now she's wanting to leave him? (if his humor to her is anythign like his stand up, i don't blame her LMAO!)

The show starts out with deacon coming into the house with dougs mail. Doug is shuffling through the letters when he finds an application for an apartment in manhatten. He flashes back to one day when they were newly weds and doug and carrie went to go look at the apartment. Carrie wants the apartment but doug dosn't the realtor pulls doug aside and tells him that even if they wanted the apartment they wouldnt be able to get it because there's a hug waiting list. So when carrie comes out of the one bedroom the apartment has doug tells her that they should get it (knowing damn well that they will be on this huge waiting list), doug is rewarded with a dinner to KFC for his generosity. Fast forward to the present: Doug decides to tell carrie about the apartment again knowing they won't be able to do it because they have arthur, hoping to score another dinner at KFC. He dosnt get the dinner, carrie gets all excited about it but her dreams are crushed when she remembers she they arthur. Turns out arthur is getting married and moves out. In the last few minutes of the show they are holding an open house and doug tells carrie he dosn't want to leave. She gets mad and decide she's going to move to manhatten with or with out him. Spence and Danny wanna buy the house. So carrie heads off to manhatten and doug stays in queens and then the show ends.
Personally, I think they're cramming way too much into these final three episodes and they should have started to tie up these loose ends before this instead of just making more pointless plot lines. The only reason I'm hanging in there with the show is to see how it all ends. It pretty much sucks now.
This isn't the king of queens it used to be.
GD Man, I've missed out big time. I didn't know there was only three eps left! Is this the series finale we're talking about here?

yes, there are now two episodes left. I heard somewhere that the series finale is in two parts but if it isnt there is one episode left and then the series finale.Quote:

and ya the one that plays carrie did gain some weight she had
a kid last year.
well the season finale was pretty good
and now im watching the series premiere on syndication. I tthink that's on purpose though

Last week doug and carrie ended up deciding they wanted to adopt a chinese kid and doug would have to quit his IPS job to make more money and carrie would have to give up the apartment because they would need more room. So doug quits but he finds out that carrie secretly kept the apartment. Spence anonymously called doug at his work and told him because he was made that carrie went back with doug because he loved her and he moved out of his apartment with danny
Tonight it was arthurs wedding. Doug is drunk because he's going to divorce carrie and deacon comes and gets him to bring him to the wedding while he's drunk. Arhtur finds out that the women he was going to marry wanted to marry him because she thought he was gay and she just wanted him as a companion. She finds out hes not gay and the wedding is off. Arthur changes brides and ends up marrying spence's mom instead. [holly also came back in this episode and she was pregnant] Doug tells carrie he knows about the apartment and that he wants a divorce. They get into an arguement about who's going to get the chinese baby. So doug and carrie race to china to be the first on to get it. On the plane they make up and both end up adopting the baby. In the hotle room in china carrie comes out of the bathroom and tells doug that she's pregnant. the next scene is a shot of there life one year later they have two kids and arhtur comes through the door with a suit case "It didn't work out" The show ends and they show clips of the whole series. Lou, holly, spences mom, spence,danny,deacon,kelly, doug, carrie, arthur all made appearances in the episode.
