Today was HORRIBLE!

Today was the most horrible day I have ever had at work. Im still pissed and its ruining my high. I made a thread about this bastard I have to work with. Well it just got a whole lot worse today. That filthy fat bald SOB has told lies about me to our boss. I almost lost my job because of this bullshit. Sorry its so long but its very fucked up.

Lie #1
Jack told my boss that I couldnt do my job and lift a bunch of things while we were out delivering shit. He said that I couldnt help pack a 50 in tv out of a customers house and onto the truck

What Really Happened
Jack told me to get the tv out of the back, un strap it, and push it to the edge so it will be ready to go in this guys house. As Im in the back of the truck getting it ready he goes in the guys house. By the time I get done with the tv in the back Jack and the guy that lives there are already carrying the other tv to the truck. I didnt even go in this guys house.

Lie #2
We had to carry a 37 in combonation tv ( tv with a vcr and dvd player already in it) those bitches are heavy but I pushed through it. We have to carry this thing about 15 feet up some steps down another walk way that is about double the length this time and then up another set of steps. Hey told our boss that I couldnt even carry it half way, and then gave up and he had to carry it the rest of the way.

What really happened:
We go up the first straight patch, we get up the first set of stairs and then stop and rest for a few seconds. We go about halfway through the second straight patch and rest again. We get to the second set of steps and rest. Right before going up the second set of steps he told me to move and that he would get it. I never said I couldnt do it.


Lie #3
He said I refused to help him move a dryer after we got into it in the truck right before getting to the customers house.

Let me tell you what the fight was about. Ever since i have been there about 3 weeks or so we have listened to what he wanted to listen to in the truck. So I said to him why dont we share the radio. I want to listen to something that I like. So I turn the station to a rap station. He gets pissed cause he hates rap. He reaches over turns it off and says Im not listening to that shit, thats for N*****s. I said I dont ever want to hear you say that word ever again. That offends me, half of my family is black. He goes Ive dated black girls, I said I dont care who you have dated dont you ever say that again. He then says well we wont listen to anything now and my response is Perfectly fucking fine with me.

What really happened:
We get the dryer to this chicks house, he gets it out of the truck starts tearing the box apart (its new so its stil in the box) and throwing it into the back of the truck while clinching his teeth and throwing a tantrum. I get the rest of the card board and throw it in the truck I turn around and hes already at the womans basement door. He never even asked me to help him he just tugged it across the yard by himself while I was doing something else.


There is one more but its not as bad as those. And my wrist hurts from typing. I cant stand this guy, he was off today and if he was at work I think I would have had a uncontrolable urge to kick him in the nutts, right after I
bitch slapped him.

Thats ridiculous. Did they listen when you told them what really happened? This guy sounds like a total asshole.

After I told my boss my side she said that our stories are so different and that she wasnt sure who was telling the truth. So on Thursday when I go back to work we are suppose to be having a talk with me jack my boss and a witness in there. I cant wait, I want to see him look me in the face and tell those lies. He is gonna wish he hadnt crossed me after I get done with what I have to say.
My boss called one of the customers the one where I was getting the tv out of the back. The customer said she didnt see me doing anything. Well no fucking duh I was in the back of the truck while jack was in her house and her husband was helping pack the other tv out. Shit Im so pissed.

So today is my day off. I wake up and am still pissed off about this whole situation, and I have started my monthly. Cant wait for tomorrow when we get to have that meeting, Im going to tear jack to shreads and watch while his lies start to fall apart. I dont think I have ever been this pissed in my life.

I have zero tolerance for people like that. I would of ended up smashing one of those TV's over his f**king head!:mad:

I think it sounds like he didnt want to work with a woman in the first place and he'd trying to get you to quit with the shit in your first thread about him and when that didnt work he's trying to get you fired. Make sure you mention those phone calls in the meeting. Oh and threaten to sue for sexual harassment.

Time to bring the gun out and shoot him a new ass.

not to sound sexist but working with women could be HORRIBLE in some circumstances. like @ tha factory, the bitches expect you to do the hard work just cuz we're male but the females get to chill out do the easy work.

He probably just wants a guy, to make his job easier, and this is his way of going about getting his wish. Hence guys are stronger (in most cases). (and it seems like in your job you do a lot of moving of heavy objects.)

Its been a while since I have been online but I thought I would give a update. The meeting never happened and never will, which is total bullshit. So I am a total bitch to him everytime I have to work with him. He was trying to boss me around the other day and started to scream at me so I had to put him in his place. Im not putting up with his shit or anyone elses. He doesnt like working with me and I have confirmed that it is because I am a female and that he wants me gone. I dont give a shit and Im not giving him anymore chances to screw me over. I make sure Im the first one to the customers door and am around them whenever jack is because I later found out he was bad mouthing me to them. Saying that I might as well not be there cause im no help and hes doing it all by himself. Thats total bullshit. He is a lying piece of shit. Im just holding off until I get pregnant so I wont have to lift that heavy shit and then after I have a baby Im not going back. Its good money so I can save alot and put it in the baby funds saving account. Jack can go to hell and so can the compnay I work for.
