WTF is wrong with this guy?!?

Ok so as most of you know I got a job finally, and Im not on here very much because im working my ass off. So there is this guy who I always get stuck with while delivering and repoing furniture. He is about 50 and is a know it all. Everything I have done in my life he has done better times 10. Not only that but he does and says alot of annoying and gross things. Lets list them

He walks by me and then farts right in front of me and walks away laughing
He said you could get firied if you stop and ask for directions if you get lost
Today we went to pick up a fridge. I asked Jack is the dolly in the truck, he says yes, we get there and its not in there. He starts laughing and was like I lied. I refused to help him carry it to the turck that was 20 feet away cause I wasnt going to hurt myself. So the guy who lived there helped him cause he knew i wasnt going to be able to carry it.
He said he had a poodle that lived for 28 yrs.
He likes to call his wife while Im in the truck in the passenger seat and basiclly have phone sex with her. Take today for example here are some things he said to her on the phone today while I was sitting right there.
Why do you think Im a asshole honey? Can I play with yours tonight, will you sit on my face like you done last night, when I get home I want you naked so I can just walk in and pound that.
We went to a customers house today who is like 20 something days past due. She didnt come to the door but she was home. He pounds on the door like he is the LEO for 5 straight mins. When she dont come to the door he gets like 15 door hangers that we leave to let ppl know that we were there, all over her front door and car.
I cant go on my finges are tired. So ya thats the type of person I have to deal with 4 days out of the week thank god he is off tomorrow and Im off Wed. I wont have to deal with him for 2 days.

Sounds like a real asshole. You should tell him to stop fucking talking to you or he'll regret it.

I tell my daughter that she only has to be polite and tell someone to stop messing with her one time. If they do it again (getting in her personal space, being rude, kickin her- whatever) she has every right to haul off and punch them square in the gut.
Don't let this guy keep being an ass. Tell him once that you do not appreciate the inappropriate talk, or being farted at etc... and that if he continues to do it you will report him or you're gonna have to knock him in the nads something fierce.

I would go the low road on this and file sexual harrasment. I'm sure you have some claims with the phone conversations on top of his being immature. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to get him fired, he sounds like an ass, I wouldn't feel bad.

I was on the thought of turning him in too... I know it was tough for you to get the job,,,but no one should have to put up with his crap... Tell a superior if you can,,,but not if it's going to make it worse,I hope there is a reasonable unbiased manager...

That's fucked - you shouldnt have to put up with that. If anyone came to me complaining someone was doing that where i work they'd be out on their ear in a second.

sounds like its time for a sexual harassment claim. Those phone calls alone should be enough to get him fired or at the very least get you a new person to work with.

The one I worked with got fired, not because of sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct, but he was stealing meds from the Diebold, and got caught. Got his nursing liscence and everything shredded to a pulp, except his ego.
