Well "supposedly" I bought an ounce and to my eyes its looks like a half ounce and I have a scale but its inaccurate so I couldent tell what exactly the weight was but from the scale I was guessing about 15 grams in total.... so just wonering if you guys think my scale is correct?
Personally it does not look like an ounce, but I could be completely wrong. Are the buds dense of fluffy? Not only could the buds be dense, but are they a little moist? Also I see a lot of big thick stems that will add a lot of weight to the sack. It may also be a combination of both the stems and being just a little short but you never know. You should always if you don't have a working scale ask the person to weigh it out infront of you. Anyways, it does not look like a terrible smoke so enjoy and hopefully you did not get shorted.
Uhh, well for starters you asked one of the hardest questions to answer on a forum, if you're not there to REALLY get a look and feel for it (:D ) its almost impossible to answer you. That and asking what strain the stuff you got is from a picture off your cellphone!
My diagnosis though, the buds look pretty dry and prolly real chunky? Could be around 20 g's?
yah ur scale is right, thats prob like 10-15g tops
weight a nickel as it should weight 5 grams if your scales weight that right then they are accurate
ya my scale is correct dosent matter anyways....the guy who was selling it to me for the first time today thought i was stupid and didnt have a scale so i got the rest of the 14 grams that i needed so now i have a full ounce
good but find a new dealer cuz those stems are probably weighing your shit down majorly

better off investing $30 into a scale, then investing $100+ into a non-exsistance half O if you know what i mean?
were can i buy an accurate scale which mesures persicesley or how ever the spell it lol. like i have a cooking sale and it dosent weigh in between grams and it fucks up 90 percent of the time? what kinda store or should i just get it off the net? so yea it was a half and i called the guy and i caught him in his bluff and so he came around and gave me my other 14 grams.
easy as fuck way to check a scale is put a dollar bill on the scale(any amount of value $1-$100) and the scale should read exactly 1.0 grams. i always found it funny how bills weigh exactly a gram, conspiracy anyone?haha.
id beat his ass for even trying to pull that shit on me. What a butthole that guy.

I think that you may have been right on your first guess. It looks like about 1/2 OZ to me too.
It can be hard to tell depending on how compressed, damp and/or seedy it might be.
However, it def is not an OZ. As a reference, below is a pic of 30 grams of "The Chronic".
