I have no way of raising my ceratine levels by tomorrow. What else can i use that might have ceratine in it?
Also, if i still follow the steps otherwise, can i still maybe get a positive dilute test? I'm just really freaking out right now.
So, also, it said sports drink would be better to use then water for dilution. What's the best sports drink to get? Thanks.
There is creatine and there is creatinine clearance. You have to consume either a creatine supplement or meat, preferrably red meat. Your body metabolizes creatine to creatinine and then they measure creatinine clearance. I think I have read that 25% of people that do not consume excess creatine will fail with a negative dilute. What is your height and weight?
Gatorade, powerade, whatever.
5' 8" and erm, not sure but i'd guess 250 lbs. (well its really 247 but i round up for easy sakes.)
And only 25%? Well that means more of a chance then not. :D

My girlfriend passed a drug test taking some pre-clense pills from a head shop she got for like $6 and she drank like half a water bottle of vinegar. Personally if I ever had to take a test I would find some clean piss and learn to sub (plenty of instructions on here), seems like the only way to 100% know your clean if you dont get caught in the act. Good luck.
Erm, can't sub. Not enough time and it'd be weird asking (since all but two of my friends are non stoners) "hey man can i use your piss?"
but if i do the cleanse method, which b vitamin would work best?

So the heavier you are the better the chances of creatinine clearance? Wow, so there are pros to being obese! (i know, its not good to be obese, but i'm just making light.)
Not really. The fact that you are obese is more than likely increasing the chances that your body will take longer to eliminate THC metabolites. It is also more important that you have a lot of muscle mass, not just weight. However, you will stand a better chance of having higer levels of creatinine in your urine than someone the same height and 80 pounds lighter.
Not to bump an old thread or anything but how long would it take for a 5'8" 255 lbs guy to get rid of the tolerance?
How would 60 hours do?
