Well...this is...interesting.

Well, my mom just confronted me in the Kitchen about if I smoked weed or not. And, honesty is always best, so I said yes, then she asked, how long, how much, (Of course I just told her I did it maybe once or twice a week, and only been doing it for a month) but, she didn't seem to be too upset, I mean, our family is really fucked up right now, my aunt near death and all her children about to cut peoples. But, she said "Now, I know it's not physically addicting, but it's still addicting so we need to talk about it later"

So, plans for my argument:
1. Since I started smoking I've lost weight, started eating better, doing better in school, and exercising more.
2. I'm always responsible and would never do it in a place I would get caught
3. I'm smart and only carry what I'm going to use on me never any more.
4. When I smoke I never do anything stupid, like try to drive a car or some shit.
And the fact that it isn't as other drugs. And that the fact it's less addicting than coffee.


Anything else I should prepare for/say. (Plus my parents are pretty liberal and are usually open minded)

Your parents kinda sound like mine. I would only worry about it being illegal. Don't let them catch and don't make them give you consent unless you can keep it a secret. Cause if word gets out your parents let you smoke, and you aren't medical, they could be fucked. Also I think just go in with some reputable sources and you should be good.

The only person I would be worried about is my Step-Dad, actually not really I think this was the situation, his nephew came home to his dorm and his roommate and some friends we're smoking weed, and he was like "Don't over react, it's just weed, yeah it's illegal, but so what, it's college, people do it. then kinda on the side (Not that we think weed is OK)" I still have yet to decide if that comment was sarcastic or serious...

Thankfully my parents had just gone on a 5 mile run before dinner so they we're too tired to talk to me. So Ima smoke tonight, and then tomorrow they're gonna be at the store for like...3 hours and I can cook some weed treats and smoke. :)

they rpobably once smoked too, after all, weed was the thing back in the classical days and it was normal b4 that, america was grown with weed as much as many immogrants were tricked into thinking it was the worst thing in the world, my mom did the same, but i heard her soul screaming out for me to offer her a blunt, and i did, and now i smoke with my mother here and there, shes not my "mom" anymore as the american mother is idolized, but shes my homie,a dn now i know her more than ever, its great, best family activity for bondage ever, just show her wat im writing lol, my mothjer used to think life is all about money and stress, now shes chilled, gets her work done easier with no stress, and shes acutally able tto open her mind toward positive thinking ratehr thin thinkin how much she worked that same day, just keep doin wat u gotta do prove to her that weed really is good

Well they just talked to me, and you we're right, they had tried it before, but hadn't anymore and won't. They took away my bowl and a bit of my pre-broken up weed that I always have away from my stash, so I didn't loose my weed, but they we're kinda educated and kinda not, they knew that it wasn't as bad and everything, I just fucked up and said I used weed to take the stress off, which I really don't so they we're like "Dammit Cory, that's how you can get addicted to it" meh, I didn't get in trouble, and they took it ok, and said like "We can't stop you you make you're own decisions..." so that was pretty cool.


And I was right, my real dad did smoke weed, and he did so regularly, next time I see him I'm gonna ask if he wants to spark up. :D

I know, I was glad I only said I smoked a little, and I was planning on giving that pre broken up stuff to a friend tomorrow, so I got lucky. I have 3 o's on me too. I would not want to loose that.

And yeah, I'm really glad they're not taking this too far like most parents would.

Just don't make it seem like you need herb in your life. Just say it's a faze and that you woill get over it. Either you stop or you don't, she will look at it as more of an experiment of yours and not a habit that she would have to worry about. . .

you should throw in the fact that alcohaul and tobacco account for x amount of deaths in the U.s. alone, whereas noone has died (souley) from marijuana use
