This weekend i bought a carbide drill bit for my electric drill, i love coca cola, so i decided to drill a hole in the bottle and make it in to a bong! it took me like 4 hours of pressing as hard as i can while drilling, and recharging my drill for this all to work, eventually i got a big enough hole, the glass didn't break, it made a nice bong, i smoked my newly fronted half ounce my friend gave me of some nice strawberry cough, thaks guys, questions comments suggestions?

thats crap it takes me like 4 mins to drill through a coke bottle or whatever glass. use a corded drill ittl go faster

Also if you use a stone bit and grind away the glass it cuts alot faster, it took me about a half hour to get a halfinch hole in a bong i made for my friend. I used it in a drill press so i could apply constant pressure.
i hope you don't smoke too much of that front
Its kind of like a ventury on a carburator, it would taper down then flair back up, nice hitting bong, wish we still had it, but it was i think a halfinch 1/4 inch socket, a small piece of metel tubing that fit in the bottom of the socket, then a piece of plastic hose slipped over that. all sealed up with superglue

i have a nice drill bit thats kind of like a file...except in the form of a drill....it drills glass beautifully

Next time buy a Glass cutting drill bit, will be easier and cheaper then a carbide drill bit...
