low thc tolerance genes?

I've noticed since i started tokin, whenever I smoke I get really blazed easily. Thats definitely not to say I stop after a single bowl, but even at points when I've smoked every day it's still been like this. My mom and I both react significantly to DXM, and I've always wondered if this is the same with other drugs as well. I can get drunk really easy too, off only a can or two I get tipsy, (even though I don't drink barely ever) and I'm not a skin-and-bones type of guy. I've been told by my mom that when she smoked some in college it was really bad cuz she'd just get really nervous and paranoid, but she's also a really really nervous and jumpy person. I've never experienced ANY paranoia or negative feelings from weed, just bliss and sometimes deep thinking.

In any case, i'm grateful for this blessing :thumbsup:

Yeah, it would be kick ass to have a low tolerance gene, or something that wiped my tolerance clean every day.

Just a thought, do you drink a lot of water? Or do you only blaze once a day? Or less? These things can make you have a lower tolerance....enjoy it!

i think tolerance is how much you can handle at once. ive been almost everyday for 3 years and i can still get the high feeling off a bowl of schwag. it only lasts for maybe 10 minutes but its still a high. if i smoke a fat blunt of some dank, i will start to feel high after maybe 5 hits, but i can smoke it to the roach, and/or roll up another one right after.

also shwag highs make me shiver and give me headaches/paranoia, whereas good buds make me feel relaxed. it all depends on the person and the type of bud really

yup, don't knock it :D ... I've been smoking pretty much, daily, for over 40 years, and I get high a lot easier than I did, when younger ... maybe it's accumulated THC in my fat (I got plenty of fat :D), who knows ? ... but, I get high REAL easy ... I'm a sativa-leaning guy, indicas put me on the floor, can't enjoy them :stoned:
