I am feeling you completely on working out and sweating hoping that this helps our situation. I am not that knowledgeable at all about THC and how it is reduced in the body from working or or if working out helps at all but what I can tell you from reading on this forum is that if you are lean and have low body fat that the THC does not stay in your body a long time. I work out 3-4 days a week I do weights and followup with minimum 40-45 minutes of cardio and I drink water and watch my diet. I have a drug test on March 28th in the morning and I am going to follow N2 thread on dilution from the first threads posted on this forum. You mentioned about being a heavy post user and I think I am a heavy user myself, I have been smoking a joint or 2 daily for 2 months straight now and I just stop smoking on March 21st because of this damnnn drug test I have to take. My advice to you would be to stop smoking now ( Which I know is hard as hell) and keep working out and drink plenty of water and start on vitamin b vitamins. I have posted threads on here and someone by the name of Fakeboobs seem to really be knowledgeable about THC in the body and how it all works so hopefully they will reply to you and give you even more insight.
