OK folks. It is the year 2019. April 20th, and it is the day Cannabis is legalized in America. Any adult over the age 18 can buy and use licensed Cannabis "Joints" as they will be called. What do you think the white box on the pack of "joints" will say?

'Use responsibly' would be my guess.
