Here's what happened.
I'm cleaning my pipe right nownow i scraped out teh bowl with a knife, lol don't worry that parts fine. I then tried cleaning the inside, i went in with the end of a sucker, like where the sucker would be.. but it was eaten, and i was scraping off the inside resin, and it started looking like i was taking off paint.... am i scrapeing off the paint!!?
This is one NICE pipe and i don't wanna end up destroying it.

is your pipe metal or glass? either way i doubt you're scraping off paint with a lollipop stick and just as long as the pipe is in 1 piece you won't have problems smoking with it.
I would be surpised if there was paint on the inside of your pipe, dude...seeing as heated up paint is kinda toxic :eek:

It's a one peice colour changing glass pipe.
Still tastes a bit shitty.
I cleaned it with rubbing alcohole first, like all the way from the motuh peice to the bowl was submerged in rubbin alcohole for about 45 minutes, or mabe 20, somewhere in between most likely.

I'm concerned, I think thier was paint. i was scraping off.
Where i as taking off resin and mashign the stick across the side of the pipe i knew where it was and it would start out as purple, and be scraped clean and clear.
Purple not black like smoke....

Ohh sorry let me explain wot happened, i actually pressed "post quick reply" before i read your post. Because it wasnt active on the screen yet.
Then what happened was I refreshed after posting, and saw you had posted prior to me again. So then I briefly skimmed the post, and i thought you said something to the intent "your probably smoking poisonious paint" - seriously thats all i got from it, i was looking quick ehh.
And it looks soo much like i was scraping off paint. I didnt want to post again so I went to open and edit the post. And add in my reply.
Now im replying to your post with full on knowladge of what you mean and i say this.

Hmmm,C..I don't know...I woulda thought that inhaling paint was detrimental to health (but then, what isn't :rolleyes: lol).
There is such a thing as high-temperature paint (usually used for making exhaust manifolds look pretty), but it's quite expensive, and unless you got a pipe that cost loads, I doubt that they have used it...hmmmm

I didint inahle much, it was from cleaning my pipe. i guess thier was left over in there, so i inhaled a bit to see, i tasted it, then i went to rinse it out before using it again.
So i go to lite up again, and the inhale feels a little wierd...
Can their still be rubing alcohol stuck in there soaked in some resin?

lol, C..the 'inhale' tastes different because you cleaned your pipe, dude...there might be some alcohol residue, but I doubt it, as alcohol evaporates fairly rapidly...especially the cleaning type.

alright... one of my peices broke right but i really liked it cuz i had it forever and it hit so nicley so i crazy glued it together and then nobody wanted to smoke out of it cept for me cuz they didnt wanna be smokin glue............ i dont think it mattered tho, if it did... i dont really care wut it did to me
