What you think of the avatar I just made

Well I just made this avatar for my avatar for cannabis.com ... I drew it completely form scratch in flash on my computer although it looks better as the flash version (more clean) but some how when I make it into a still image it looks like crap but what ever.... what ya think...

i cant convert it to a gif in flash because it makes the color looks crappy way crappy and fuckes up the lines and just everything.... but if you know another way how to convert a swf to a gif and make it look the same in a gif with out using flash please tell me :)
