the strange desire in the back of your head

has anyone else ever experienced a strong sensation of REALLY wanting to punch a peice of wood or stab someone?
i'm not a violent person, i never get in fights or anything.
but sometimes i'm just sitting by myself and i'll tense up and start shaking and be like "i want to fucking kill something right now"
it's not like i go and do it when i get that feeling though, it just comes and goes kinda randomly. i just get that feeling once in a while (like right now..... which is why i need to find a fucking lighter so i can smoke). seems pretty normal to me...

I get that way when Ive lost something and cant find it ANYWHERE!!! or if I'm losing a game or something :)

i think they call that the dr jeckel in all of us

i get that way a lot especially when drunk the only thing ive punched so far was a dead end sign

when I play games sometimes, like for instance I just got Need for Speed Underground 2. Some of them races. I just cust and curse

Once I was so mad at somebody I took a large carving knife and stabbed the tires of his beloved mountain bike. Our relationship was never the same. :rolleyes:

Yeah i get like that sometimes, like when you lose something or like if you have high expectations for something and it gets fucked over.

happens to me all the time. The thing is that I haven't vented my frustration on someone physically in years so I get very worked up whenever I get this feeling.

went through a period where id fantasise about mass killings with shotguns down the main street.
also had a strange urge to ram a pencil in my head one time. it was like there was a cetain nerve i wouldnt mind scratching in my brain.
ive wanted to hit so many people though.
