Anyone here been kicked out or caught with weed in college? I was caught with "suspecious green specks" and paraphirnalia in my dorm room.
All they got was a few leafy specks on my desk and 1 bowl and 1 bong. They also took my salvia, tobacco, rolling papers, and tobacco smoking pipe.
well you should have been able to keep everything that didnt have weed resin on it. i got my room searched and there were green specks all in my desk drawers but they werent really concerned with anything but alcohol. you shouldnt get kicked out over weed though unless you have been caught and warned before.
why the hell would thye take your tobacco and papers and salvia? those are all legal, i would demand them back.
the shittiest thing is that they found about 50 beers and 5 handles in our common room, but they used a bag of cigar tobacco to say that it was weed and that granted them rights to a full search. Then they said my bowls smelled of weed, which means that they knew the tobacco was not weed and the search should not have been justified.Quote:

well you should have said they couldnt come in right then. if you had all that beer and pipes with resin in them you my friend are fucked
At my school, it was one strike for alcohol...two strikes for drug-related incidents....three strikes your out obviously. Funny thing was..some people I knew had like five or more strikes and nothing drastic happened...depends on the school.
i got kicked out of college for putting jamrags in a printer thinking that the teacher wud try print something and it wud come out on a jamrag but NOPE it blue up and i got fucked out lol
my suggestion is....get a lawyer, even a shitty one could get the case dropped.
yeah they had no right taking anything unless it was infact weed,
i mean paraphanalia isnt illegal where you are is it?
