no they dont. that site has TONS of complains on ripoffreport.com abpout them and from what i hear they do nothin but give you a headache. stick to reg bud

From what I heard, they do have a slight effect on you but its nothing compared to weed. Im not going to say whether its a rip off because I have never tried it.

total rip off. The only reason I can see to buy this is if you're filming something and you want something that looks like pot but isn't.

yeah not worth it. unless you wanna kick a smoking habit and need something to smoke on.

they're fantastic for evening out your joint if you're trying to save weed and aren't a tobacco fan.
