court

had to go to court this morning, some speeding(90+mph in 65) + suspended licence shit = 800$ w/prob.1yr. no big deal it can be handled.
while i was waiting they had a few cases ahead of me so i watched and tryed to figure out why they were there.
now this is some unbelievable shit. the people there being held in jail, fucked up!
one guy was there for drinking in public, already been in jail for 3 DAYS! pleading not guilty! wtf?
another was locked up for trespassing on railroad property! also claiming not guilty.
all the stories i heard there was no diff between those in orange and the free.
charges seem so minor for what those people are going through, i really felt like those people were being treated unfairly. made me really worried about being charged with time!

oh and why is a courthouse like a church with armed security? do you waive your rights when you go to court?

when i exploded i had 2 dwls , 2 obstruction of justice , 1400.00 in unpaids , 5 dif. suspensions , n 7 warrants . i was suprised i wasn't handcuffed to hosp. bed when i woke up . lol . made it real ruff getting lisc. back after spiritual awakening to say the least . he he

gonna go this summer n see if i'll pass tech. pysical for nhra lisc. got dragcar back running n gonna get in more trouble if it's on the street .

Good luck with all that, and yes, they do waste a lot of money on criminals who shouldn't see jail time. I just don't understand why they even waste time and money on some of these cases.

because the state gets paid a ridiculous ammount of money for each prisoner they have... i think in texas it's something like 220 dollars a day per prisoner...

lol just watch bumfights.. they manage to get the shit one way or another.. nearly every bum had a liqour bottle, wine bottle or beer in his hands... the whole crack diving thing was kinda fucked up tho lmao...
